Q: What is Surface All Access?
A: Surface All Access is a unique Surface consumer program featuring financing provided by WebBank, Member FDIC, through Dell Preferred Account (DPA). Dell Preferred Account allows you to pay for your Surface under a 24-month equal payment plan and includes access to standard Microsoft retail stores support. Plus, as a program participant, you can opt to add our best care offering, Microsoft Complete for an additional cost, the extended service and support plan from Microsoft, which provides an additional year of limited hardware warranty coverage, two incidents of accidental damage coverage, plus the option to extend to a full year of phone support.2 For more information, please see the Microsoft Complete for Surface

Q: Can I return or cancel my Surface All Access bundle after purchase?
A: With Surface All Access, you are purchasing the Surface, Accessories, and the 2-year Office 365 subscription1, in full, immediately upon purchase. Surface All Access is subject to the Microsoft Store standard return policy, which means the Surface devices, Surface accessories, and Microsoft Complete are subject to a 30-day return policy, but the 2-year Office 365 subscription is non-returnable and non-refundable. If you return the Surface hardware and accessories, you are still responsible for payments associated with the 2-year Office 365 subscription.
Q: Is a Dell Preferred Account required to purchase Surface with Surface All Access?
A: With a Dell Preferred Account, you can enjoy a new Surface, accessories and Office 365 Home or Personal subscription with Surface All Access for no upfront cost, one low monthly price, and 0% APR for 24 months.^ Be sure to select Dell Preferred Account as the payment method at checkout. You may also purchase with other payment methods and pay the total cost of the bundle upfront.
Q: Is financing available for this program?
A: Surface All Access is a unique program, with a promotional 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for 24 months, through Dell Preferred Account, all with no down payment. Your Dell Preferred Account can also be used to make purchases anywhere Dell Preferred Account is accepted. Q: What is Dell Preferred Account?
A: DPA is a revolving line of credit which allows you to pay for your purchase all at once or gives you the flexibility to make monthly payments. With this account there is no prepayment penalty. Learn more here
Q: Does Microsoft provide the financing?
A: DPA financing is offered by WebBank, Member FDIC, and serviced by Dell Financial Services. WebBank determines qualifications for, and terms of, credit. Microsoft is not extending credit and does not determine credit terms or eligibility.
Q: Do I have to go through an approval process?
A: Yes. Complete and submit your DPA application to find out if you qualify.
Q: How do I make DPA payments?
A: Approved customers will receive a DPA Welcome Kit by mail within 10 days, containing important account information and payment options.
Q: What happens if my Surface console breaks down through no fault of my own?
A: Your device comes with the standard 1-year limited hardware warranty
. If your Surface device malfunctions after that, then you are responsible for any repair costs, and monthly payments for your device bundle (including Office 365 subscription) will continue until the remaining balance on your Dell Preferred Account is paid For added piece of mind, Surface All Access Members can opt to add Microsoft Complete for an additional cost to receive an additional year of limited hardware warranty coverage, two incidents of accidental damage coverage, plus the option to extend to a full year of phone support.2

Q: Can I purchase multiple device bundles through Surface All Access using DPA?
A: Yes, as long as you qualify and have sufficient credit with Dell Preferred Account.
Q: Can I trade in my device after 24 months and receive a trade-in value to put towards a new device?
A: Not at this time.
Q: What happens at the end of the 24-month period?
A: The device is yours to keep! You will, however, need to purchase a new Office 365 subscription of your choice to keep enjoying the benefits of the applications you rely on daily.
Q: If I already have Office 365 Personal or Home, how does the 2-year Office 365 Personal or Home subscription offer work in my case?
A: If you already have an Office 365 subscription, here is how your new subscription will work, depending on what you currently have and what you choose:
• If you have an Office 365 Personal subscription and you choose Office 365 Personal, we will add 2 years to your subscription.
• If you have an Office 365 Home subscription and you choose Office 365 Home, we will add 2 years to your subscription.
• If you have an Office 365 Personal subscription and you choose Office 365 Home, we will convert your remaining subscription to Home and add the 2-year Home subscription.
• If you have an Office 365 Home subscription and you choose Office 365 Personal, you will have a choice of adding 18 months of Home OR converting your remaining time to Personal. We will then add the 2-year Personal subscription.
Please note: The 2-year Office 365 Personal or Home subscription is part of the standard Surface All Access new product bundle. It is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Q: What is the difference between the Surface All Access, Surface All Access for Business, and Xbox All Access programs?
A: While all programs share the “All Access” name, each program is tailored to offer unique benefits based on individual needs and interests. Please visit our Surface All Access for Business

Q: How will I receive my 2 year Office 365 subscription?
A: The details for your 2-year Office 365 subscription activation will arrive in the mail. The subscription details may arrive in a separate package from your All Access device.
Q: What should I do if my Office Key Card is missing/scratched or damaged.
A: You will need to contact customer support
