Solve my wrist problem

This is the mouse I need! It solves my wrist issue completely! I usually spend more than 6 hours using computer with mouse. On a traditional mouse, it used to hurt my wrist seriously because all the pressure is on the wrist directly. The design of Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic mouse let you direct all the pressure to the side of your hand. No pressure is on my wrist so my wrist problem is now solved. I bought 2 of these mouses one for my office and one for my home. Please try this mouse if you have the similar wrist issue as I do.

Ergonomically Excellent

I work programming all day and this mouse has been a lifesaver when it comes to my carpal tunnel and comfort of my right hand. The design takes some adjusting to using, but after that it feels way more natural to use a mouse like this than an old one. It works well with my laptop.

Can't find transceiver replacement!!!!

Very comfortable to use, but the transceiver breaks easily. Now I don't know if I should throw the mouse away or wait for Microsoft to decide to whether sell the transceiver or not!

I lost the receiver (the dongle) and now I have to throw away the mouse! Microsoft customer service rep said there are no replacements dongles for this type of a mice. Each receiver is specific for each mouse and I have to buy a new mouse. Terrible.

Forget about pain

I bought this mouse 3 months ago, because my hand started to hurt. I'm using mouse everyday at work. From my point of view materials used for this mouse are good and hand feeling is great. I´m able to use it all the day without feel any hurt in my hand. Buttons are on their right place and clicking is not disturbing myself. Movement on screen and on the table is smooth. Right know 7of 9 of my colleagues are using this mouse and are enjoying comfort and work without pain. I recommend this mouse to all. What to improve next time: pls. USB communication adapter is to big and looks awful. You need to be really cautious when you want to put your laptop in to the case. Side button (under blue button), pls. in next generation try to implement this button in to the better position. By now you need to 'bend' your finger to push it and it take time to grown in to (and use little finger as stabilization to prevent side move). Maybe it will help to increase little bit high of the button. Thank you Microsoft, really good mouse.

A game changer for me

I'm so happy I came across this mouse (kit with the keyboard). It has been a total game changer for me. this is by far the most ergonomic design (I tried with many other approaches including the vertical mouse, the static mouse with a track ball...). one complain to microsoft; PLEASE MAKE A BLUETOOTH VERSION!

perfect for business use

perfect for business use, really comfortable.

Quality Issue

Took a week to get used to. Good ergonomic. Pretty bad quality mouse for the price. The left click started to give me problem in 9 months. 3rd button on the thumb has collapsed (stucked).

Great look and feel - terribly unresponsive

I've had both the sculpt keyboard and mouse for a month now. Both are very ergonomic and easyto use - except the fact that it is terribly unresponsive. Often the mouse will jump around, as if it only reacts to half the movements i make, and the keyboard will not type every third letter. It is completly useless. I have tried all tricks in the book (unplugging anything that might interrupt the wireless signal, and remove/reinstall the drivers) to no avail. I run Windows 7.

I bought this mouse in March 2015. The usb lasted till today until breaking. Benefits: - Comfortable feeling. - Has the windows and back button located on the thumb. Easier than moving your hand. - Awesome thumb rest Disadvantages: - 3 month battery life - USB looses connection often - USB slowly breaks after pulling it out of the port (I would recommend this mouse for desktop users, not laptop users) - You can get a bump below your palm after long usage. - USB is too long. Easy to break.
