Black screens

The only problem I have with the games made by Artifex Mundi would be the fact that I sometimes get black screens when I move to a new location. Though that could also very well just be my computer. Otherwise I LOVE these games!

I bought the whole series then my tablet was stolen, so my fiancée bought me another one 6 months later for Christmas this past year. Its saying I never bought any of these games. I am real irritated. Guess I have to call and get them to figure it out for me... Ugh!
