A Good Puzzle Game

This game is fun, but it seems almost impossible to be ranked number one. For example, I saw that the top ranking player in the leaderboards got 113 words in the two minutes of word finding. Overall though, it is a fun and addicting game for people who like puzzles.

By far my favorite game available in the Microsoft store. It is highly addictive and challenging. My friends and I play together and compete for superiority among our group. We've gotten really good, but unfortunately, a few users seem to screwing up the fun. Maybe they are legitimately just that good, but it looks like they may be cheating. All considered though, it's still a very functional and entertaining app.

Using my Brain

I have a love-hate relationship with Wordament. If I don't play the game, I go into "Word" D-T's! I thought my vocabulary was decent, but seeing the scores of other gamers I sometimes feel incompetent. So, I play against myself by setting goals to reach higher. I am not as quick as I was in my younger days, but I still find the game fun and hope that someday I will obtain a Top Player status. In the meantime, I'm going to keep my brain on power drive and shoot for the stars! Take a word of advice from a not-all-the-way-over-the-hill individual - Sit back and enjoy the game, enjoy life, your family and friends and above all else, "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff!"

Time limit and rank are limiting

This game, although addictive, is too fast paced and competitive to be much fun. Give me the same game without a time limit of a couple minutes and let me play without feeling humiliated because I can only find 30-40 words rather than 100(!?!) in the time allotted, and I would gladly give it 5 stars. I want a game to help me relax, not to force me to beat a clock or other people. Others might enjoy it, but it's not for me.

It's an amazing game and no doubt about that. The only thing that intrigues me is that how do people end up getting 100+ words in just a matter of 120 seconds. With everything said, I would first thank the developers for coming up with such a singular concept and would request them to increase the time from 120 seconds to say 180 seconds

My favorite Windows app by far. So addictive and incredibly fun! I can't stop playing!

not for fun

not what I expected it should give the option to play at your own speed not against all the cheaters I read about on the reviews will uninstall ASAP

Johnathan · 7/18/2015

Frequently drops letters from words as they are being formed. Otherwise entertaining...

I love the game, but Microsoft had screwed it up by allowing advertisements with flashing and otherwise distracting icons and text. I find it impossible to concentrate in the game with the ads flashing on the bottom of the screen. If I cant enjoy the game, then why bother -- I'm deleting it the moment I finish this review.
