I was having trouble getting motivated to work out, this was an easy way to break into it but get challenging fast.

Good, but needs more info

Really needs some documentation about the program and how to adapt it if you don't keep up with the plan. It gives you a series of 5 sets each workout day, with the last set being the toughest (because it's both the most reps and comes after the other four). It also varies rest times between sets (60s one day, 90 the next, then 120, then back to 60). The whole progression is great, but I had an off day after another workout and didn't finish the set. What now? The app doesn't appear to have a way to handle a break in the progression.

100 Push Ups

Very nice ,however I would like a little sound to keep up on track in between sets.

It works like it should

It gives you a fairly challenging regime to follow and ive seen a lot of improvement in my push ups since i started. I wish u could log part of a workout. Ive used my arms in other activities and gassed my muscles before doing a workout. So i couldn't get through all of it and i was bummed to see i couldn't log a failed attempt. Other than that i like the app

Very helpful.

I'm in the military and I have been touch and go with sticking to my workout/fitness regimen. This app is easy and fun to use and there's no pressure to "hurry up" to get to the next step. Also, anytime that you find yourself "bored" at home, just do it.

A great way to build your push-up reps in a very short period of time. App walks you through every step, reps, time between, schedules your next push-up day, etc. Really handy and makes it easy to stay on schedule. Highly recommended.

A beautiful interface

Very challenging but very rewarding. I was sore for 3 days after my first training.
