Just the basics...
Could use a little more functionality here. The standard foursquare functions like photos and tips are missing.More
So far so good
Great start to an app, really liking the interface and options. Could use some more intuitive work but well worth the 2 bucks! UPDATE: After using it a few days one thing that would be great is to get notifications on friends that have responded to your check-ins (kind of how it notifies you to check in to a nearby place), I couldn't find anything for that in the settings and noticed this missing features after my phone notified me and my computer didn't.More
Takes an awesome Windows Phone app even further
Great app with an easy, intuitive interface. Well done.More
Great app but needs photo support
I would hv given it a 4 star if it had support for pictures. Right now I cannot see pictures uploaded by users for the venue.More
Way better than the official app!
I also have the official Foursquare app, and this definitely is better.More
Brings up incorrect locations
I like the ui and functionality, but many times when I attempt to check in, it gives me a completely different location than what I had chosenMore
Love this app!
Photos are there in the latest update. So great!More
tacky style... Works great but the design stops me from using it :(More
@Tiffany - The venues you see are based on your device's ability to determine your location. If you have a GPS-enabled device, this should be very accurate. If not, your device will use WiFi if available, which mostly works well but occasionally can get confused (I've noticed this happen more often if I use my phone as a mobile hotspot).More
Looks good after update; not sure on price
Looks like the name issue is sorted out, although I gotta say it doesn't sound great. Personally I am partial to Fourthenstein. I mean, Windows 8 is coming out on Halloween! :-) Anyway, I'm not sure if I'll buy the app this second, but I certainly will if there's no 4sq rival for Windows 8 in the next couple of weeks.More
