Description

Increase your strength fast with this proven technique using only 3 exercises a day. Simply perform 5 repetitions of each exercise 5 times (except deadlifts where you only need to do 5 repetitions once) and track your progress with this app. As you pass each lift the program will keep pushing you and before you know it you will be breaking previous lifting plateaus. This app is for Windows Phone users to track their progress in a 5x5 strength training workout based on the one by Mehdi at the StrongLifts site. For more information on the 5x5 program or how to do each of the exercises please visit StrongLifts.com

About as basic as it gets. Not much change in routine except for two things are different every other day. If you start working out and decide to change the weight it starts over. This app leaves a lot to be desired.

Great 5x5 app! Solid and simple. Sticks to original program and it doesn't have ads or stupid up sale alerts

Nice and simple when it works and helps me stay on track for sure! Only thing is that I can't leave the app without losing all my stuff during a workout. Also is a little finicky. If they could fix these simple problems itd be perfect

Great app for workout effectiveness, hard to save changes to weight lifting increases. Good for toning and strength though if you can remember how much weight to use.

Great app that tracks weight progress, has a simple interface, and is very beginner-friendly Wish list: 1. Options for custom auxiliary exercise tracking (example: swapping weight tracking for rep tracking for 4th & 5th exercises) 2. Icon to distinguish between unfinished and failed sets (as I often forget which set I am on after failing once or twice) 3. Shortcut links for proper form instruction (just to be sure...)

Good app, but no where close to the Android version. I still like it a lot. Please try to incorporate more of the Android features.

Nice and simple app! Not overly complex, could use a timer and stuff but don't ruin it please.

Basic but functional. Doesn't appear to automatically switch routines?
