Get the job done

As it's a great app for workouts it helps with reaching an individual goal which will happen if users follow through. The super sets is a great all out beast mode.

Amazing but reps should readjust themselves

I wish that the reps would adjust. For example, if, at the end of the superset, I do 10 more reps of everything, I go back into each separate exercise and I see that the next number is actually less than what I did last.

My review after 6 weeks.. Give it a try!

I thought that it would be just another fitness tracking app that would monitor my activities. Still I tried, started the program, and after 6 weeks I indeed could reach my target! This app is a must for skinny guys out those looking for a better body-shape training program using body weight only. It's worth the try.

Clever app

Clever app with basic how-tos, tips for beginners, reminder, voice commands and even metronome. Especially usefull for travelers, and/or when you are not able to visit your gym. Offers good set of basic but important exercises using just your bodyweight.

Simple and complete

The app doesn't try to be the most glamerous app out there. It just gets the job done. You use your own music and it sets reminders for you to also get the job done. The exercise instructions are great! Things meat heads don't tell you. Overall great app!

Great app. Helped me quit some addictions. Every time I felt like doing lines, I'd just do the Superset. Now I'm getting stronger, been clean for months. Now addicted to random workouts.
