I have liked Adobe and have used Adobe since the early 90's and will continue to use it as long as it remains as user friendly and keeps it's high level of customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work Adobe!!!

You need to tell REVEL staff of this appkication!

I just downloaded 31.3GB, 16,636 original high-resolution images, from my REVEL account using this application. I found it existed just last night. REVEL staff members never told me about me of this application which is compatible with PCs . I always wanted to recover my original images from REVEL after it had synced with my PSE 13, maybe it was PSE 12, it has been a while. REVEL staff has informed me on different occasions that REVEL was not designed first to work with a PC, it had not been. That as of late, that no changes have been made as of late to allow it to work with PCs. That I could only download one image at a time with a PC. As of late a different REVEL staff provided directions on how to use REVEL on a Windows OS (she called it an application, Not) to down load images. I followed her instructions, I was using REVEL in a web browser, it did not work. Turns out the staff member described how to use this app though though she called it a browser.

Decent App... but...

It needs some work. It helps keep photos connected between devices but downloading them from one to another is quite a challenge

Is this really Adobe?

This app came on my new computer otherwise I wouldn't have it. Adobe has completely failed with it's version 12 of Photoshop Elements. They used to offer "Photomail" which automatically compressed photo files to a nice size and then you emailed them to a friend. Now you have to go through all this nonsense or use social media which is not secure. I tried using this involved system and sent a link to friends. They informed me that it would not open. So I went back and clicked on the link and the page says it does not exist. What a nightmare! I can't believe this is actually Adobe!

App Update Needed ASAP...

Update the app to support the new business model. At the moment it is crippled because it's still limiting users to 50 uploads/month. Lower price needed. Maybe $3.99 mo is good for this service as it's currently implemented. $5.99 would be good if it allowed access to Lightroom on the desktop in addition to the mobile service. On its own, it's a hard sell given the proliferation of high storage cloud services available from major players like Microsoft, Google, and Apple with low prices for high storage amounts that are as good or better (and certainly more flexible) for organizing and sharing photos and videos.

Revel and Photoshop Express - Pretty good teaming

Revel gives me a place in the cloud to share photos with whom I want and Photoshop Express gives me the editing capabilities. By installing Photoshop Express on my Windows phone I now have these same capabilities. Now if only there were some integration with my Photoshop Elements for more advanced editing capabilities, who about it Adobe??
