ICON review

Like the size and the speed of the scanner. Good for pictures and single pages. The wireless feature is OK, but with my notebook have to "sign on" and Off on the network.

Works well, once set up properly.

It took me a while to get the scanner set up properly. My natural inclination was to have my new Viao PC connected to my wifi while trying to scan; this was not the case. Once I connected to the scanner wifi network everything worked fine! Now my PC, iPad, and iPhone are all connected to the scanner through Air Copy and I can scan documents right onto all of my devices. Perfect! 5 stars if: 1. you could scan to multiple devices all at one time instead of loading the page each time for each device. Kind of annoying... 2. you could save multi-page documents as one file instead of each page being a separate file.

Love Air Copy

Bought the scanner as an open item at Best Buy. Very versatile, easy to use. I use it with my Ipad, Laptop, Iphone and Surface pro 2. Very Clear. only issue is that you need to drop off your wifi and connect to the Air Copy Network. Would possibly be better as a Bluetooth.

App Needs Work

Its a nice app, but it sucks that you have to rename every picture you scan even when you save them all to the same folder. So if you're scanning 100 different pictures to the same folder it defaults to 'picture' each time and you have to take extra time to add numbers. The file name should index automatically based on the files already in the folder. (i.e. picture1, picture2, picture 3, etc...)

Not bad, but could be better

The app is really too simple. I would like to see a little more technical information. What is "fine" and what is "standard" resolution? Also, I hate having to type out a file name every time I scan something. Would like to have a auto file name function to allow me to speed through documents quicker.

Does not work with windows 10

What kind of scanner isn't plug and play in 2016? You need this app to use it, and won't download on windows 10, making this entirely useless.

Worthless on Win10

Program absolutely refuses to acknowledge the connected device. Works fine on Android devices but hates Windows.

This pretty much sucks

Bought the scanner - does not connect. I've tried to discover it endlessly. Menus in app are not very helpful.

Does not work

I could not get the product to work. It says I was connected but the app said I was not. Returning....
