Does not work for the one thing it is needed for

Upon trying to use my Microsoft surface as a hotspot, I got an error message saying that this would need to be done through my app. The windows 10 app does not have a function to toggle hotspot data sharing on or off. If I am forced to use this app for a critical function of my device, the app should be able to perform that function. Unacceptable.

Worst service ever

Bought a Surface after being told I could grandfather my iPad plan. Softer it worked for four months, I had to change credit card info and was told the unlimited plan was unavailable on the Surface. "We're sorry. You can buy a limited data plan.". After four hours and four phone calls, I finally gave up and purchased a limited plan. It doesn't work either! Never again AT&T!

Windows 10 high CPU usage

When the allaccess app is installed, turning on cellular data results in maxed out CPU usage from the service called "runtime broker" and RPC. This must be a bug in the allaccess app with regards to windows 10. Disabling the service "diagnostic policy service" OR going into settings>> background apps and removing allaccess's permissions to run in the background IMMEDIATELY resolves the issue. Using a Dell Latitude E5470 with integrated Dell Wireless 5811E (Snapdragon X7 LTE) modem, on Windows 10 Enterprise. I like the app because it properly reports account information such as data usage and bucket size... but the CPU usage issue is killer. My preferred resolution is removing allaccess's background app permissions.

When on desk top you have to force uninstall

when updating it has an error code. 2753 had to force uninstall and if you do have an unlocked version it will work. but good luck on it being a clean uninstall and reinstall. trying this through the app store. to see if there are any differences.

Not seeing results

Opening the APP on a PC? It does nothing, no account link and no active link to gain access to any services. There is no option to re-load this so I will uninstall and wait for a useful application.

Needs about 10x as much work to be useful

The live tile pretends to report data use. But in order to update, it redirects you to the web page, where you have to log in, using yet another password you're supposed to remember. Not sure how that is helpful. Also, every time I use my 4G modem, it tells me I have a firmware update. Which is great and all, except I'm on Windows RT, so it won't install the update once I download it. Oh and of course I could go on my regular computer, but I can't install it because it won't recognize the 4g modem when I plug it in (probably because it already sees a connection). So I'd give it 0 starts, for the 0 useful features I've found so far. Of course, don't uninstall it... plug in the 4g modem and it'll come right back to you.

I am not sure what this app is used for.. I have at&t messaging and I was hoping that this app would allow me to open the program without going through my actually account through the website. It would make the messaging feature on the computer so much more useful for me. This app only connects me to a new window I could do that myself.. This app is very unless, I am confused at what the point of this is for.. please allow users to do other things than open the internet app.
