Batch Music Converter
Do you have a large music collection ripped using iTunes, or in a format such as FLAC, OGG AIFF, or Apple Lossless, and find that Windows is unable to play them? Batch Music Converter is designed to help you quickly convert your existing music collection into a format that is supported natively under Windows. The conversion is done in three easy steps: Step 1: Select the folder that contains the existing music collection. Step 2: Select the folder that will contain the newly converted music collection. Step 3: Select encoding method and settings, and start the batch conversion. Since Windows 8 would suspend apps in the background, please keep the app in full screen or snapped view mode (i.e., running on the left or right side of the screen) when doing a long conversion. The FREE version allows conversions up to 100 files at a time. In-app purchase is required to remove this limit.More

Very easy to use, Very fast conversion. I'm impressed! My one complaint is that the "Start Over" button is too close to the "Start" button, and I keep accidently starting over as a result.More
Limits true feature behind paywall
Deceptive piece of trash software is listed as free, but it guards its usefulness behind a paywall. The free version only handles 100 files, causing anyone with a respectable size music library to spend days converting 99 files at a time. Terrible app.More
Paid version, and it doesn't work.
It just hangs when I hit start, doesn't do anything, just sits there.More
enjoying music on the go
I have a good collection of music, but couldn't play them on my 3DS system. with this I can convert them to MP3 format and now have them on my 3DS and new MP3 player. I have had no problem so far and don't expect any thank you. for a good programMore
I just wish u could do a single file some timesMore
do the work fast with multiple songs
excelente!!!!. fast and really easy to useMore
(ợᴗợ) WOW! Works great!
I've needed a way to convert all my ogg files to mp3 to make them playable for a while now, so this app was a complete life saver! It was so great to actually be able to listen to my music on my PC for once! I don't have a necessarily large music collection, so this app was perfect! I am being overly enthusiastic!More
The app is fast and easy to use but freezes after four songs (though they are converted). I have to restart the app and reselect the folder to do another four. Then it freezes. Then repeat. It's quick enough but really annoying. Fix the freezing and you've got a gold app here.More
Promising, but ultimately disappointing
Other reviews suggested it might be worth trying, so I did. My collection is bigger than the 100 song limit on the free version, so I paid the 9.99 for the full install. Unfortunately the program hangs after a half hour or so. While it is running my computer throws a low memory warning, which I believe is symptomatic of a memory leak issue in this code. YMMV, but I cannot recommend this app.More
Does the trick, but the UI is a bit weird
It batch converts my music. What more could I ask? For some reason, the app doesn't allow me to export the converted files to the source directory. I also can't export to a subdirectory of the source directory, nor can I export to its parent. The directory checking is way too overzealous - can you tone it down a bit? That alone would really work wonders in user experience.More
