One of the best multiplayers ever

The multiplayer is absolutely huge in scale and defines "war". It has consistent progress and a variety of weapons (while some are especially bland they feel different). There is an array of maps and a compatable UI (Now). Sadly the campaign was lackluster and a bit short. It resembled a junk modern COD campaign.

one of the best online games ive played especially with friends, great graphics and amazing sound, campaign is a joke and very short, but nobody buys battlefield for its single player, servers are very tempramental, only has two game modes wish they survival or co op thrown in there, overall awesome military fps

Unrealistic sniping

LOVE the game and franchise however the bullet drop is inconsistent and when sniping at long range, a wind factor should be added making it a different challenge for each and every rifle.

un realistic ballistics even on hardcore. good game for kids and those with the mentality of a kid. game is designed to be fair, not realistic. you get significant bullet drop on a 120mm tank shell at 200 yds, ridiculously cheesy. dont get me started on the gau8 on the a10, you have to hit a tank for 5-10 seconds to destroy it. in reality a 2 second burst would be more than enough. anyone who says this game is realistic, is ignorant. the cornball dudes that claim to be war vets and play this game make me laugh. this game is the closest they've came to combat. in all honesty, this is about as fake as you can get.. like i said, good for kids.

Great game

I think this game is really realistic, graphics are amazing. Now the only thing i dont like about the game is the sniping. I hate that cod fans keep saying this game sucks.

Great FPS Multiplayer

Like almost everything about it. Vehicles, weapon variety, maps and large scale battles. Graphics and sound are the best. Never gets old.

Completely broken on release

This game was completely unplayable the first year it was out due in part to constantly erasing all campaign progress and servers that couldn't handle a single grenade explosion without the EA servers exploding too. It was impossible to finish a single match in year 1, now the servers hardly ever crash but good luck finding a basic server that's not a private "24/7 whatever" server with two or three people in it out of 64 available slots. When you manage to find a full game after an hour it's not too bad. Presented with a wide variety of customizing your own class the combinations are nearly limitless but with 3 or 4 specific loadouts ruling all others. It's a slower shooter than its competitors and on some maps you may be left roaming a wide open field searching for any signs of battle to join. Battlefield.

Great game but i have one problem

Great game but Im red, green, yellow color blind. The color blind assist settings dont help. I wish I could manually pick the colors of enemies, my team, my squad and the points on the map. I still team kill my own team all the time and I constantly have to explain that im colorblind and that the color blind assist doesnt help because of my colorblindness. To any developer who may read this: Please pass this on and thanks. Otherwise this is a awesome game and highly recomend it. Too bad call of duty didnt go this route with a first person shooter. Im gladly a battlefield gamer now

Great game, could do much better!

I love BF4, well honestly the whole franchise just it feels like the game relying on cash grabs. Which in all honesty is such a downer.
