Easy to use. Accurate scheduling info. I've missed many fewer trains using this app than before I installed it.

Favorites work, but it can never find nearby stops

When standing at a bus stop or T station with location services on, it consistently tells me that there are no stations within a mile of my location, which limits the usefulness

When it works it's great

The arrival times seem to be pretty accurate and reliable and can be very useful. However, it has been my experience that sometimes the app. It just doesn't work. At times, I open it, it says the information is unavailable right now; Or I will try to refresh it and the screen just goes blank and won't show me new arrival times. So, Unfortunately, I can't always count on it. But when it does work it works well.

Reasonable, complete, but ancient UI, bugs

Crashes when removing favorites. Aspects not intuitive. Old Win8 UI. But it handles Commuter Rail routes, and works in general.

This app is absolutely great when it works. It has an accessible and attractive user interface, and is easy to use. Unfortunately, I find that most mornings (the time when I need the app the most) it doesn't load any times for the buses I favorite, and it sometimes gives bad information. This morning was a good example. I tried checking the app at around 8am and it didn't load the times (pressing the refresh button causes the app to crash in these instances). Checked it again at around 8:15 and still no times. Checked around 8:20 and it said I had 15 minutes until my bus arrived, but a minute later it said I had 2 minutes. I'm not sure how much of this can be attributed to the data provided by MBTA and how much is due to bugs with the app itself, but it's extremely frustrating.

If train is late, the app keeps pushing back arrival time by 2-3 minutes. Those few minutes count down, then the app adds another 2-3 minutes, then another, and so on. So you never know its actual delay. Why not push back the time to the actual delay? Overall it works fine for on time trains, but doesn't work for late trains, which is really the while point of tracking train progress.
