(Less) Frustrating to use

Update 5/2016 A year ago, I gave it 2 stars. I'm upgrading my rating. The window is now movable. They have clearly differentiated the title bar so accidental closure is less likely to happen. The keyboard occasionally still quits, but they have a button to reactivate it. 2/2015 Needs more preference options. For example, when moving mouse to upper right corner to close an application in the view, the Citrix header drops with its close button in the way and users frequently close Citrix when they mean to close the viewed app within. Preference options should allow the header to show permanently (pinned) or move the close button away from the upper right corner. Better yet, have a header similar to Terminal Services which is only half the width, can be moved aside and confirms before closing. Also buggy. For example, keyboard (but not mouse) often quits outright and must log out and back in to restore use of keyboard.

Need to reinstall every time it closes

Every time the app closes, you have to uninstall and reinstall the app, otherwise it never loads.

Unable to open Multiple Workstations

Not sure if I am unable to locate the settings to enable it or if the settings do not exist at all in the Windows app. But I would love to have an option to enable/disable opening multiple workstations.

As Modern App, it works well

As a Modern App, I love that I don't end up with plugins across all my browsers and a program sitting in my tray at startup. It's clean, and gets the job done. It does have some modern app limitations though: only one app at a time, so while good for desktops/VDI, not as great for app presentation. This makes this app wonderful for BYOD when you don't want your home computer filled with work apps and plugins... but on a work PC ... maybe get he full client.

Why are there no longer separate windows for each app

This seems like a downgrade of previous versions. I run multiple applications, and in the older Citrix receiver version, these would show up as separate windows in Windows, so you could tab between them. All the apps now show up in this little window. It's another bad implementation to try and fit into the Windows 8 version of the world, which is overly simplified and regressive for power users.

Can't run multiple Applications

I have to use this app to work remotely - only being able to open one app at a time makes everything take 3 x as long. Definitely a downgrade from the previous version.

App allows me to connect but gives access to none of my apps or desktops. If there is zero functionality, why is the app even published? Fair warning - do not install this version if you need something for work. Ridiculous when my Apple laptop can use Citrix but not my Windows machine...

Not really functional outside itself

Plenty of problems with the Win8 platform. Cannot copy and paste from a text document on a desktop to carry over to the app. Any time the app is switched to something else, there is an error of disconnecting from the network. Only snaps in 1/4 mode.

I have to reinstall it a lot

Every single time I close the app or log off etc, the "my apps" screen NEVER (not an exaggeration) loads and consistently tells me that it has failed to connect ot the citrix servers. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to use it. This has been a problem since the Windows 10 update and no apparent progress has been made in order to fix this issue.
