Description

Secure bitcoin on your own terms with an open source, multisignature wallet from BitPay. Copay users can hold funds individually or share finances securely with other users with multisignature wallets, which prevent unauthorized payments by requiring multiple approvals. Here are some ways Copay can be used with others: * To save for vacations or joint purchases with friends * To track family spending and allowances * To manage business, club, or organization funds and expenses We built the following features into this version of Copay for a bitcoin wallet that doesn't compromise on security or accessibility: * Multiple wallet creation and management in-app * Intuitive multisignature security for personal or shared wallets * Easy spending proposal flow for shared wallets and group payments * Hierarchical deterministic (HD) address generation and wallet backups * Device-based security: all private keys are stored locally, not in the cloud * Support for Bitcoin testnet wallets * Synchronous access across all major mobile and desktop platforms * Payment protocol (BIP70-BIP73) support: easily-identifiable payment requests and verifiably secure bitcoin payments * Support for 150+ currency pricing options and unit denomination in BTC or bits * Email notifications for payments and transfers * Customizable wallet naming and background colors * 6 supported languages (EN, JP, FR, ES, DE, RU) Copay is free and open source software run on non-proprietary servers, so there's no need to rely on any company for continuous support. Anyone can review or contribute to Copay's source code on GitHub (https://github.com/bitpay/copay).

Updated 7 July 2016: Thank you for the update to 2.2.0. I am now able to see the Send screen. Problem is fixed! This seems to be the only working and fully functional Bitcoin wallet client for Windows Phone.

The latest update to 0.10.2 crashes constantly, sucks the battery dry in 30 min when it does run, and I can't complete Coinbase integration (crashed three times before finishing). DON'T UPGRADE !

Good :) Just an issue though, the miner fees are too big, could you make an option for 0.0001BTC/kib?? I'd appreciate it and would increase feedback score.

Good Bitcoin wallet for windows mobile

After many months of waiting for a modern looking Bitcoin wallet this is it. Works on Windowsphone 8 and Windows 10 Mobile. It is not as full featured aa Android wallets like Mycelium but does at least allow Windows users to start having a Bitcoin mobile wallet. After a couple of weeks use I can say I love the simplicity but I would like a pin code on either access or making payments to protect it. I would also like it to support uri from mobile websites so it can receive a request to pay from the web. Otherwise very nice on Windowsphone.

Opening another app and coming back causes the transaction info to clear BUT keeps the password prompt open so when you paste in your password, it simply fails silent.

Pretty bad app. It's not a native app so it feels slow, it behaves weird and it cant handle the back button of the phone (annoying!). Also the design and UX is pretty bad, they didnt stick to the Windows Phone design guidelines. I would advise BitPay to ditch Cordova and create a native app, or work with Xamarin.
