This is a useful app for when you go outside of the concrete cities and are passionate about just watching the sky.More
Great app for finding dark skies!
As an astrophotographer, this app is exactly what I need to find dark skies. The aerial view (as opposed to road map view) makes it easier to visualize photographic compositions involving topographical features. Fast and convenient, the only way it could be better would be to work offline. That's a Bing Maps deal, I imagine so no deduction from the rating.More
Awesome app. Love it on my RT.
Works and looks great. Smooth and easy to navigate and configure. Thanks!More
Not sure this is correct...
My sister lives in the boonies, near a MI state park recently designated an 'International Dark Sky' park- and it shows they have high light pollution. Hmm... same for my grandma's address in IN, where it gets the darkest I've ever seen. Have to say I disagree with this app!More
Now I know where to go nearby for the best stargazingMore

Would be nice to print, and maybe show clear skies seeing predictions like avail on cleardarksky.com/csk/More
