One of my favorite games of all time

No other game can recreate the atmosphere of this game. Incredibly challenging and fun, the vibe of epic evils overtaking the world create a unique and creepy version of the apocalypse. You truly feel alone, hopeless, and small, yet significant and determined. Dark Souls is mature and elegant.

Great end to the saga that captured our hearts

This series has been one of the best series I've played in awhile From demon souls to here its bitter sweet to see it come to an end Even though at some point of the series it made me question my sanity i will always keep it my heart, This has been one of the only games to give a real challenge. All throughout my gaming history ive always asked myself why dont the enemies attack all at once instead of taking turns and this game cured that problem, And i LOVE the lore and back storie of each and every boss. Theirs one thing i ask from you fromsoftware BLOODBOORNE 2 PLLLEEEAAASSSEEE.

Beautiful End to One of the Most Legendary Trilogies

Dark Souls 3 is one of my most favorite games ever. It basically takes the foundation of Dark Souls (1) and expands on it 10X. The combat is much more responsive, weapons and armor more diverse, and graphics improved. The lore connects so well and ends the series off with a wrap that is once again vague but satisfying. The bosses are legendary as usual and the PVP continues to be cared for in their new arenas.

Keep. Making. Dark. Souls. Games! The thousands of cominations of characters and the ability to change yours to whatever you may feel like is one of the best parts. The never ending weapons and weapon art is spectacular. I could play souls for 1,000 hours, and damn near might. This being said, the worst part of the game is too many bon fires. Take it back to souls 1, there were hardly any, and unlocking the abilty to warp between bonfires later on in the game was a nice touch; which made it extremely challenging. That being said, the rest of it is flawless. Invade me, and you will die... most likely

Joy dies here.

PVE is amazing, 'nuff said. PVP has become a cesspool of cheeky c*nts and straight sword spamming noobs. You're either a killing machine or a straightsword, darkmoon blade, rb spamming pleb. Avoid PVP, no one needs that hate in their life.

Keeps you coming back for more!

I've been searching for an RPG that doesn't get old after completion for YEARS and this game is exactly what I've been looking for. Every enemy you face has a good chance of killing you if you're not careful. That means you could have a fully upgraded version of the strongest weapon of the entire game (This game has multiple weapons that earn that title) and still lose to some of the easier enemies! This game is challenging, with some areas that are scarier than actual horror games. Not to mention there is a New Game Plus feature (Multiple of them, actually) that lets you start the game over with all of your levels and equipment, but with the addition of even tougher enemies and better items scattered throughout the world. Lives up to and exceeds expectations set by the previous installments. Only bad thing I can find about it is that Dark Souls 3 seems like it's going to be the last Dark Souls game from FromSoft. Have fun!

The Closest You Can Get To Perfection

Dark Souls... One of the most interesting franchises in the world. Amongst an era of perverse hand holding, this game appeared first under the name of Demon Souls as PS3 exclusive with mixed reviews. Dark Souls 3 is going to remain to be in my top 5 games for a long time. Vastly improved from Dark Souls 2 and the PS4's exclusive Bloodborne in terms of visuals both character design and in terms of variety of the enviroments and enemies. Combat is defensive unlike Bloodborne's considerably aggressive combat. Sound effects and music are great once again with sound effects sounding "unique" rather than being absolutely ripped off of other games. Difficulty is actual decreased from Dark Souls 2 since you dont need to constantly restore your humanity and enemies will respawn indefinitely thus you can grind for a while where in Dark Souls 2 you would have keep moving. PVP or online COOP is good if you have a reliable connection. That being said... Great job FROM SOFTWARE!👍. 🏆 10/10 🏆

Honestly just more of the same

I really tryed to enjoy the game, but I couldn't get over the fact that the story is incredibley similar to the original dark souls which for me stoped it from being interesting.

Great game!

A tad bit easier than past souls games, but still pretty enjoyable. PRAISE THE SUN!
