Best Way To Spend Holidays

Even though they departed quite a bit from the original game it still has a ton to offer and Frank West is back and better than ever. Can't think of a more festive game to play along with the Holidays.

Lack of fun after story.

Story is very intriguing, but once the story is finished, after two days, all it is is restarting the game on higher difficulties or continous grinding to get max level. Once DLCs come out it might be a bit more interesting, but for now DR4 is dry on content.

Crashes. Alot

survivors lack any personality.all of them nameless. encounters dont feel special and are repetitive. boss fights are wattered down, dont feel like bosses for dead rising. lasty, lots of crashing and glitches. specifically when trying to vualt over something and searching bags.

good but not what I was expecting

it's overall dynamic was intriguing with all the chaos and carnage, limbs flying everywhere.but I felt that this game was wayyyyyy to played out to be something great when tht is not the case here. but tht doesnt mean tht its not a good game or does not have the potential to be something special. with all that aside the story mode was just missing some kind of key factor. and by far my favorite part about this game is the fact that it is an open world, and you were able to craft the craziest weapons out of everyday household items.

Enjoyably... different

"Frank West is back!" is what the hype was mostly about. The campaign can be fun, but that doesn't necessarily mean the game is good. Yes it can be, but notice that I say, "can be". The campaign along with the overall gameplay is smooth. Lackluster in character development, but stable. I'm not officially a fan of this series, but I have played the other titles. Personally i'm fine with this game, but it's not hard to see why many hardcore fans are turned off by this. The timer for one reason is obviously missing. Now whether you like this or not will depend on you. I honestly didn't care for the timers, but there was a sandbox mode you could play in in the earlier games. It's still a key aspect though. Another drastic change was the online. If you want co-op campaign, then this isn't the game you need. This is a big let down even to myself. As stated in an earlier review; if you go in blindly you'll be let down. If you just like open world, leveling, and killing, then you're okay

Glitchy but good

Love the DR series, but I've only owned this for 3 hrs and it has already crashed four times. Heres to hoping that they patch it soon.

fun but Not like the Originals

unlike the previous titles It has. No time limit which I am in favor for. Also it removed coop a favorable feature that I enjoyed . It instead put a multiplayer which has a lack of content and is boring And not open world. It has some interesting holiday themed Weapons. that pack a plentiful surprise. Also has some original combo weapons that everybody will enjoy. and even the combo car Aspect. from dead rising 3 and is overall a good Product is fun but has a couple of glitches that are annoying But worth it if you like loose games a good story and some awesome Zombie killing. but if your a survival hard core gameplay Person. then I would wait for sale but if you're just here to mess around and Kill zombies definitely a pick up.

Zombie Comedy

The good: extremely funny, similar feel to the original. The bad: Frank is way too weak to fight the hordes of zombies, takes forever to go anywhere due to Frank and weapons being nearly useless, have played 6 hours and the game has already frozen up several times and actually caused my XBOX One to crash and restart itself, Exo suit is worthless as it can be used only for a few moments then is gone which in turn made the X-Fists not worth having, I haven't found any save points yet and you don't have that option at your pause menu. Also, co-op is gone and has been replaced by multi-player unfortunately. If you want a good laugh I would say buy it. With at least 100 character levels you'll be forever trying to get Frank able to defeat enemies very well. Game keeps kicking me out of game seconds before final boss battle. As far as playability goes, I think Dead Rising 3 was far superior.

dead rising 4

i love the campaign and how HUGE the map is but one thing i always loved about dead rising is you were ablt to play co-op campaign with a friend. now you can't do that instead you play multiplayer in these short little missions. only thing i want back is co-op campaign and this game would be perfect
