Not a bunch of annoying ads, just a few small banners here and there. Videos and descriptions of each exercise, ability to add weight entries and exercise log. Plus you can add custom exercises if they don't have it as a preset, or if your gym has a unique machine. Thoroughly enjoying it.

I like it! Some getting used to with logging workouts. It seems I logged same work out four times before I figured I have done it already. Great app to keep all information handy. So far, so good 💪 💪 💪 💪 💪

Great app with tons of workouts and shows you exactly how to do each one. Doesn't have a huge selection of pre-set routines but you can custom build your own real easy. I use it everyday

The description of the exercises are not professional. You never arch your back in dead lifts or squats and that is exactly what it is telling newbie's which is wrong that is going to hurt someone! That was all I needed to remove the app.

Best for serious lifters. Wish i could preload, design a workout and just enter reps and weight while lifting. App eats into recovery time.

Great app once you figure it out. One frustration is that the number keyboard gets in the way of the buttons to save an exercise I just did.
