Poorly made commercial that can't be removed

Weird! This is a bunch of poorly made commercials loaded with vids that bring no profit or understanding of tyre technology. But not only that, the app can't be uninstalled! Even after removing it, I still keep seeing its icon in application list. That is the first app I see in Windows Store in more than 6 yr history of using this platform when the app fails to uninstall. Now I have to reset my system just because I was so intrigued to get some info about Dunlop tyres. You know what, Dunlop? I'll continue with Pirelli. If you can't even create a simple app without a failure, how come I could trust you in much more complex technologies?
