Today update is awesome and here is my experience: 1- The emoticons is not good, the previous ones were better. 2- photo comment should be added and appear in others comments. 3- The thread view in messages has a silly blue color in my sent messages. 4- Edit comment should be added. 5- When I open a photo from notifications or from "continue reading" it redirects me to Internet Explorer! 6- Account setting and privacy also redirect me to Internet Explorer. 7- Still can't reply to others comments and comments replies shows as comments not replies! 8- Can't manage my pages by using this app. 9- I miss tons of my friends posts in new feeds. Thanks for updating and please fix all these issues, I believe that is an easy mission for you.

Still a **** experience...

Dropping rating to 1 star until I have an option to make Most Recent my permanent news feed option. Fix this in the next update! Also, is it too much to ask that I actually be able to like statuses properly? Sick of seeing status can't be liked messages. And don't get me started on the 10.x beta that makes it near impossible to SEE all the posts on my news feed, because they seem to randomly sort and even disappear with each refresh. The official Facebook-made app can't come soon enough!

Need ability to edit comments (mobile) and unfollow posts. Refresh should be more dynamic. Posts should stay static in individual view w/ comments scrolling. Otherwise like the interface so far. Now posts don't show, just blank pages. MOST RECENT!!! F**K A DUCK. FIX THIS.

Literally feels the exact same as it did last update. At least I'm able to upload pictures to my pages from IE, which is a feature I've been asking for in the MAIN APP. Overall: 3.75(4)/5. Pros: Nice looking interface, link to Messenger app, attaching photos to comments. Cons: Insanely miniscule amount of support for page managing, INABILITY TO POST IMAGES TO MANAGED PAGES, INABILITY TO COMMENT IMAGES AS A MANAGED PAGE. 5/10 probably won't page manage again

Multi-hour gaps in news feed. Several posts don't appear in this one, but I can view them from any other device. Missing MANY standard features that other mobile fb apps have. Frequently has "trouble getting data", regardless of connection status. Pictures are more often than not cropped, without the possibility of zooming out. Frequently shows that someone has liked, commented, been tagged, but doesn't show the post, or even a link to it. VERY poor effort for such a high profile app. All problems are present in both beta and public versions of the app. (Edit: this app is still terrible, and neither fb or ms seem worried about it. I can currently see 6 out of roughly 390 friends' updates on my news feed, but I can see all the pages I've hidden from my feed. When you can't socialize on a social network, it has no point in existing. Maybe if this app gets removed, an 11 year old with windows 95 will build a working one...)

App has improved. Need to be able to tag people who have posted in a post, not just friends and also suggest friends. Also, when it changes over to messenger sometime it shows my message list instead of opening a message to the person. Latest versions seem to have a delay in posting comments and loading timeline updates. Groups take a long time to load. It's kind of ridiculous that I can't tag most of my friends in post even for the who are you with feature, but it works fine on the computer. I had to drop a star for that reason.

CRASHES EVERY TIME I TRY TO OPEN IT NOW. Great design and overall functionality. Awesome updates lately. Issues though: events show the person who made an event as the person who invited you, which can be confusing. Also, clicking that I won't be attending an event doesn't always register, so it stays on my calendar.

I'd give 5 stars if we were the only platform because is fine, but unfortunately, there are other as iOS and I can see a big difference in functionality, features, smoothness and velocity/fluidness. I prefer windows phone over others OSs, but apps need to be better and constantly updated. Example here: -pictures in comments. Pleaaaase, so needed! We lost all the fun sometimes. You see people laughing or liking a comment you can't see ..lol. Come onnnn. It's like a year already ios and android got it, we don't... Thank you. -another thing: I want to know if there is a reason why can't the apps be so fluid and beautiful as in iOS? Sorry if this upsets someone but in my gf's phone everything is so smooth and fast, responsive. And please don't tell me "get and iPhone", that's stupid... We want this platform more attractive :). Thanks

Facebook phone integration through the hubs was WAY better. I LOVED the capability to text and Facebook chat within one conversation. It made everything so seamless and it just made sense. It made the windows phone different from all the other phones out there. Hubs was the main difference. Windowsphone 8.1 dismembered that capability and replaced it with an app making this phone no different from an android or iphone. Its pretty sad to see that the windows phone team decided to get rid of their facebook integration through their me tile and people hub. No hate, the app is nice but I just want to be able to go back and forth from texting and fb chatting all from one conversation window as it used to be in the phone before the 8.1 update. Bring back the windows phone integration on the me tile, people hub and I will leave a 5 star rating. Until then I cannot recommend this update 8.1 as a good social network improvement to the phone at all. Sorry!

Still liking this better than the original. Things that could be improved: - hiding the same people I've set to be hidden on desktop - drop down to hide/customize types of posts we don't want to see - ability to see and post photos in comments - manage pages - manage groups

They completely removed the messaging feature. Why?? -_- Now you just get a link to the messenger app. Really bad. Update: 5.2.0.3 - Still does not display photo comments - Chat is not live - Icons on the top are too large which would be fine if only they worked properly. They only respond when you tap exactly in the middle of the icon. - Still need improvements Very slow and not responsive. Tapping on a photo to enlarge and see comments/likes takes forever. Overall speed is slow. I have to touch the exactly in the middle of the globe icon to get to my notifications (Same with the other icons on the top e.g. Messages, friends requests). App occasionally crashes. Viewing deleted posts results to force close. When scrolling and reading posts, it sometimes bring me to the very top even if I didn't refresh, shake to refresh is also turned off, very annoying. Also doesn't display photos in comments. Please just port the Facebook app for Windows 8.1 made by Facebook themselves. :(
