Love the app, but it showing its age.

Would love some live tile functionality to show me my progress on my daily goals

Great tracking app

Very easy to use. I love how simple it is and still very accurate! The only thing id like yo see is my pie chart through my phone. I love the feature on the computer side.

Nice, Easy to Use

I like a lot, so let me tell you what I don't like: ability to change recommended daily intake, select more than 1 item in search results, and different name.

This app is the secret to staying fat if you follow the RDI. It has me at 2600 RDI, but my calories burned before exercise (actual exercise) at 2400. If I followed this I'd gain about 2 lbs a month. The exercise diary is the dumbest thing I've seen instead of simply deleting an exercise you must click on the rest button to replace it with rest time. There is also no way to separate actual exercise from at rest calories or BMR. The exercises claim the same calories burned by a 300 lb man and a 180 lb man. The only use for this app is to track your calories consumed , anymore trust put in it may result in unwanted weight gain due to glaring inaccuracies. Source: Senior year exercise science major.

Best app I've found for Windows. A wide library of food nutritional info, and customizable. I wish the exercise library was bigger, that you can keep track of bmi and body measurements better, and that there was better instructions on things in the app. The design looks nice and its great for free. I've been using for a year and still finding new features or customize options.

Love it. Better than myfitnesspal. You can edit the exercise. Select the exercise then hit increase and change to decrease and decrease it by the full amount and then save. Exercise will be removed. Love the clean line modern format. Nice improvement over myfitnesspal, which I have used for years.

Like app very much. Comprehensive food lookup, and exercises or daily activities added are deducted from metabolic resting rate. Changed total carb measure for net carbs to help with Banting diet. Can be as simple or specific as you want. Track everything or just some things, weight, food, exercise, etc.

O would love this app even more if I understood how to understand the exercise tracker irked. I dont know if I am eating to much or to little when it come down to it with exercise. And how do we manage our diet with kcals?

I recently began an eating plan based on macros. I found this app to be extremely helpful until the screen layout changed for today's date and the macro info disappeared. It still shows macro info for yesterday and all days prior to today, but it will only show me total calories consumed for today, not carbs, fat and protein...which I what I NEED to see. Needless to say, I'm very frustrated! Before I began experiencing these problems, I likely would've rated the food diary part 5 stars. The exercise log, however, is VERY inaccurate in regards to how many calories you burn during exercise. I wear a heart rate monitor that tells me how many I'm burning and this app says I'm burning double that!

Officially impressed this AM. I drink a very obscure protein powder, and found it in the food search. Excellent surprise. App works great. Wish I could add exercise to the list like I can add foods, but otherwise very happy.
