Description

Fedora Reader is a fast, minimalist RSS feed reader. It allows you to add your own feeds via URL, or choose from a large list of categorized, curated feeds. If you allow it, Fedora Reader runs in the background to keep your feeds up to date so you don't miss anything. (Internet connection required) Since RSS feeds typically only contain truncated articles, Fedora Reader extracts the content from each article and displays it in a clean, easy to read format, so you don't have to open every article in the browser if you want to read it in its entirety. Fedora Reader also allows you to mark articles as favorite, so you don’t have to go digging through your feeds to find an article.

Works great, simple!

Simple, works great, especially for Breitbart News! Some feeds will not work.. Not sure why.. Ones that do, do well.

Still needs work.

Crashes randomly, missing some features that could help with the organizing of the feeds by category. Some Cortana integration would be nice, but not a deal breaker. Like the app, but won't meet my needs at this point in time. If the interface were more like nextgen(minus the forcing use of and only option being feedly), with fedora's current features, I will would gladly reinstall.

Perfect

It's the only rss app to bring me back to rss reading, may be some more option will add to It's great usability, like swap to left while viewing article to open next article.

Good enough

Easy to use. Article caching doesn't work right to get rid of old articles. Have to reinstall occasionally to get new articles.

UW10 RSS Reader

- Universal Windows 10 App - Suggests sources from a bunch of categories, to get you started - Clean interface - Ability to import & export feeds - Choose between themes Wish it had: - Toast Notifications - Clearly stated benefits of upgrading to "Plus" or "Pro" (it would be great to add it on the main Windows Store page).

Crashes Constantly

Crashes = apparently it can't handle some feeds, and once they've been added there is NO WAY TO DELETE them- it crashes before you can click on the menu to delete them. POOR DESIGN, developers.

My feedly replacement.

Switching from ios I needed a replacement for feedly. This universal app does the trick. I love how on the phone or desktop I am looking at the same thing. I am missing some things like being able to organize my feeds into groups. I will say that some feeds in feedly that were cut off (making me go to the actual website) are shown in full here. Not sure why, but I enjoy not leaving the app. Great work guys! I hope you get around to letting me customize my stuff a little more.

Awesome app, but lots of crashes on desktop

I really like the visual design and the functionality of this app, it's a nice reader even compared to the others on the store. However, it needs to have fewer crashes. I added "AP Top Headlines" from the curated rss feeds list and it caused dozens of top headlines every couple of minutes to flood my feed list. When I tried to click on any of them, it would crash the app. Since you can only delete a feed from the app when you click on it first, these feeds were making the app unusable. Reinstalling helped slightly but it still has an AP item in the feed list waiting to crash the app if I misclick on the wrong feed. UPDATE: Turns out that you can right-click to delete feeds from your list on the mobile version of the app. That version is very nice and I used that to fix my issues. Everything works great now!

Good and Clean

Fedora Reader is the best free app I tried many apps but this is the best with clean and clear view. And I remove a star because there is a problem adding WordPress feed like adding this https://en.blog.wordpress.com/feed/ I wish this will be fixed soon.
