Doesn't reliably read MP3 tag album art. Regularly switches to Windows file browser presumably because the software authors can't figure out how to browse C:\. And now I have to navigate a refund process with Microsoft Store that requires a phone call and other bullwhip - hey Microsoft, do you know in they Google play store they have a "refund" button available during the return grace period? Try not being horrible.

Buggy Software

Does not work. When you try to add a folder to the main screen it displays a dialog box saying select the C: drive.

I am unimpressed

So far, this app is not worth the purchase price 1. Not intuitive 2. No help 3. No website Even if I wanted to I don't have time to thrash around clicking things trying to learn how things work. Until this improves, save your money and use Windows Explorer on the Desktop with 7Zip

Still not intuitive enough for me. Hard to understand how to do anything simple

If you're wondering whether to pay for this app, PLEASE READ. This app is absolutely perfect for RT Surface, and like others have said, is a shame that it wasn't already built in for it. I have a massive collection of videos (full series anime/TV show collections + movies, etc), and some of them are .mkv, .avi, .mp4, etc. etc. I couldn't believe that the Surface didn't support playback for these file types. But this app does it all, and keeps everything very organized. I can also keep playlists saved for files not saved onto the Surface RT (I use a 900 GB removable hard drive in USB to playback videos instead of trying to keep it all on a laptop). It keeps playlists saved and organized so when I plug up my hard drive again, those playlists are ready to go. Excellent app. Worth every cent.

Great App

I like this app very much, but really wish there was some sort of progress displayed when doing mass file procedures. Copied 10 files to a new location and ended up with 30 files due to it didn't look like it was doing anything so I clicked on Paste 3 times. Thanks for the file Operation progress indicator. Keep up the excellent work - support for more file types mpg, recycle bin operations ?

True Excellence

Very impressed by this app. Well worth the money, in fact worth more! Does exactly what the description says it will. In the sea of mediocrity (and sometimes outright thievery) that is becoming the Windows App Store, this Application really stands out! Again, it is forcing me to do this after a re-install!
