Just starting, but...

I would love it if after it has done all the work of finding the calories of my foods that it would also give me my carbs. Lots of us need this information!! I love that the fitbit is more accurate in counting my steps. That being said, I wish it worked with the wii. It doesn't count when I am in place and in the winter I have to work out inside :(

The app works great!

Some sort of slow but definitely tolerable loading times for some screens, but that's my only complaint. The app by itself works better for just step counting than a misfit does on windows now since misfit's new app is so slow and unstable (kind of like their old one). My Fitbit is getting here next week, so there could still be problems with connectivity to the app that I don't know about, but right now it's looking good. It's sad because I love misfit's hardware design and appreciate the effort they put in to port their iOS app, but this really is so much better already.

Waited years for this!!!! I am so thrilled they finally made a functional app for us windows users!!! I've been using fitbit for years and not having an iPhone was always something I found unfair. But this app syncs seamlessly with my tracker and though it took a couple of syncs the first time, its perfect now. I love it and I hope they continue to support those of us who don't have iPhones or androids. Thank you fitbit!!!

Sync Takes Forever!

I have a charge hr and syncing it with my phone takes over 20 minutes of loading and notifications that my Fitbit can't connect with my phone. It is extremely annoying. Also, it has some trouble telling if you are going up stairs if you are holding anything like books or folders. However, all other aspects work really well, so maybe just don't get a charge hr? I am not sure if it's the app or the Fitbit at fault here...

No Sync Today

I have no way of knowing if the device is working when I cannot see how many steps I took today. I see that another person has suggested that you add an easy 'sync now.' Using it on computer only with dongle.

Better Than Expected

I rather like this app. Simple, easy to use & covers the basics. Sure it's not super detailed but gets the job done!

Love my Fitbit One!

It goes everywhere I do, and syncs nicely between my devices AND my Weight Watchers program! Hint: for best results, tuck it in your sock!

Syncs with computer but not Lumia 950

On the computer the app is great. Syncs no problem. Unfortunately it refuses to sync with phone. I was able to sync it with my phone the very first time I tried, but it mysteriously disconnected a few days later. I then synced it to my computer with no issues. What I did notice when I tried to sync it to my phone is that my phone's Bluetooth indicator doesn't come on when trying find the fitbit device until the very last second before it stops looking. I'm thinking for whatever reason the app just isn't turning on the phone's Bluetooth. I just updated the app today as well, but it didn't fix the issue.

when are you going to give us a sync now button?

my fitbit one hasn't synced in 24 hours. there is no easy way to force sync and tech support is too complex and requires too much time. a force sync should not be so deeply buried in the bowel of the fitbit system to cause this kind of frustration.
