Healthy Fun

This is a great way to make being healthy fun. It has spanned over both individual, as well as group activity. It helps those who may not like group activity, but also to help share encouraging triumphs if they choose.

Love my Fitbit

Totally addicted to my Fitbit, I feel naked if I don't have it on. The new Flex 2 is awesome, it can get wet, it reminds me to move, it vibrates when I get a text or my phone rings, registers my calories. What more could a girl want. :)

Pretty good for tracking

I like the set up on this app and that I can sync with my phone. I really like that the things I log on SparkPeople.com carries over to the app and vice-versa. I like the idea of challenging or accepting challenges from my friends. I don't like that I can't edit or delete a message I have sent. I am also not sure how all these people are finding me to friend me. I can't tell if my profile is private or not.

Ok

It's very good if it works. Tracks a lot of things and can motivate you to exercise. But it has bugs and when it stops working it's not easy to fix. Instead of swiping right for steps, calories etc, it makes you click on icon. Swiping right which is easier to use is made for stupid commersials and things you should have an icon to click on. I would love it if that changes.

The app seems OK

Not very impressed with the Fitbit Zip however. But I like the food selection on the app, the ability to quickly add water and the quick look at distance traveled during the day (but I don't believe it is accurate- not the apps fault). I like that it syncs with other virtual hiking software I use daily too. Would like to see some more info on weight data to indicate BMI. You know, for us fat guys that are trying to figure that out too.

I love my Fitbit One

I have been more conscious of how many steps I have each day now that I'm tracking it. It syncs with my health insurance Wellness program app which gets me points everyday for my steps. I use the silent alarm to remind me every hour to get up from my desk and walk around. I also enjoy seeing my sleep patterns at night.

The software is awful

The software is extremely frustrating. It is easy to add foods, but god forbid you want to remove one you accidentally added. What if you make a mistake in entering the wrong unit size? Sorry, can't fix that either. Do you want to walk 250 steps per hour? Good luck finding out what you already have in the given hour. I hope you aren't hoping you can get to your own data, because you can't. You can pay extra for the "premium" account but, even then, you don't get everything. Do you have a phone listed on the approved device list? So did I, but the software still wouldn't work on the OS the phone came with. To be fair, I haven't tried any other bands, so FitBit might still be the best thing available. However, if it is, the technology is not quite ready for prime-time. If I know what I know now, I would not purchase it.

Fit Your Body

I love that is keeps me moving and active. Also that it monitors my sleep habits. What I do not like is the food monitor it is not easy to keep track of what you eat as you have to know most of the info on the food.
