I don't know what all the. . .

fuss is about Windows 8. It's simply a charm, well to a usual event. . . Any computer is better than nothing when you're short on dough to purchase. As usual HP has surpassed what I can be thankful for. You just have to get used to it. . . Garsh, it won't bite I'm sure! Amen!

19 years of computing isn't helping me now!

This has been the most difficult challenge for me since I first started using a computer 19 years ago. I am totally greatful to the techs at HP for all their help. I must am having the most difficult time getting my head around the functionality of Windows 8 Former instructor on computers up to Windows 7

Best touch and hybrid OS I have ever seen or used.

The almost immediate improvement in productivity realized by the ability to manipulate documents as if they were actually on paper is simply amazing. Adding in the ability to run older Windows applications which, even though they don't support touch natively allow input via touch is remarkable. Too much FUD about Windows 8, especially when they released the 8.1 update. Love this OS and especially love the way it works on hybrid and full touch systems. Better than Windows 10 on a Surface Pro in my personal opinion.

Windows Eight Sucks!

I have had this computer over as year now and every time I've tried to use it all I get is frustrated. WHY would you sell a touchscreen program with a desktop PC? It makes no sense. I feel like I have to learn to use the computer all over again. Just doing simple things I did before (like troubleshoot the sound) are twice as many steps and it doesn't even fix the problem. Somebody owes me $800 and an apology! If I could give this a zero I would.

HP Envy Touch Screen Review

Its going to take a little longer to learn all of the functions, but its well worth the time. IT is a very user friendly machine. One thing I cant figure out is how to keep the screen unlocked at all times?

unsure at 63

I feel that after having the old versions for so long that this will take me forever and a day to be even close to the bottom with it. I know with practice it will or might become easier, but for now it's just downright hard to navigate. Maybe some of us need to hold classes. {bright idea)

Over all Windows

It is the worst purchase that I have ever made. It is graphics heavy and confusing because there is so much action the meat of the task you are trying to accomplish is lost in app city. All support is in India and the accents are sometimes difficult to understand and males are definitely condescending to females.
