Not very stable for Win phones.

System crashes and losses sync capabilities. Used to happen once a week, now only once a month. Only way to fix is to uninstall then reinstall and go through the initial set up again. Lots of lost time.

Update this application soon

It is still using a Windows 8 UI. Plus since nobody from BB/Good Technology has touched it in so long it lacks all the new features iOS and or Android now have. You guys need to either update this or push another Good service out as UWP app. Updated to three stars because it works, but is in dire need of an overhaul.

It works most of the time, but not reliable and it's buggy. It's also painfully slow in checking email, and doesn't match iOS speed. Please please please update this app to match iOS.

Doesn't work. What a disaster

This app launches exactly once (the first time) and then just hangs if you close out and try to log back in. Solution? Uninstall and reinstall. Every. Time. No support from Good either. Have never been a huge fan of the service, even less now.

Anniversary update not supported

Good tells my Enterprise that Windows 10 Anniversary Update is not supported. When it authenticates it comes back with a message saying device not supported. They claim they are working on supporting it but no ETA as to when.

Good is an overstatement

My company made the decision to use this app so I am stuck with it. it is a pain to get activated and I have to reactivate every other month because it loses its pin. I wish they would just allow office365. They have no GOOD reason for this...

UWP, Work needed

For what it is--non-native, limited email--the app is well done, subject to the limitations of a company's implementation. I hope Good Work, Continuum support, Band support, Lock Screen, and other capabilities are added soon. Live Tile needs updating (incl. transparency)

Poor performance and slow when loading emails as it does not load emails in the background. It has to update everytime you open the application, which takes quite some times. It crashes every couple of months and need to reinstall. Seems like devs don't care much for the Windows version of this app.

Live tile is FIXED in WP8.1 Preview, finally. App also STILL lacks audible notifications/toasts even after the GDR3 update LAST SEPTEMBER that provided apps with access to custom alerts. Also lacks a number of other pieces of functionality that the Android and iOS versions have. We have allowed our support contract to expire and are about to begin a POC with a different MDM solution...
