Please update!

It works most of the time, but not reliable and it's buggy. It's also painfully slow in checking email, and doesn't match iOS speed. Please please please update this app to match iOS.

Doesn't work. What a disaster

This app launches exactly once (the first time) and then just hangs if you close out and try to log back in. Solution? Uninstall and reinstall. Every. Time. No support from Good either. Have never been a huge fan of the service, even less now.

Update this application soon

It is still using a Windows 8 UI. Plus since nobody from BB/Good Technology has touched it in so long it lacks all the new features iOS and or Android now have. You guys need to either update this or push another Good service out as UWP app. Updated to three stars because it works, but is in dire need of an overhaul.

Anniversary update not supported

Good tells my Enterprise that Windows 10 Anniversary Update is not supported. When it authenticates it comes back with a message saying device not supported. They claim they are working on supporting it but no ETA as to when.

Design/speed/Functionality stuck in 2010

App does what it's supposed to do but the interface is lagging compared to IOS and android. It feels like you are working on a WP7.5 app. Needs a revamp ASAP. Not a pleasant experience. I will need to purchase an iphone or android device as this app is mission critical for my job.

Badly needs an update

Stone age UI. Crashes frequently. Inbuilt file viewer is horrible and crashes when opening larger documents. Using it in windows 10. Good should stay committed to provide their best to all ecosystem, but not only to iOS and android.

Not very Good

Compared to the iOS and Android versions this is bad. Sync'ing of emails is random. Where are Good Access, Work and Connect?!

Alright! Can finally open some attachments! We have strict security here and we needed Good's tunneled file attachment feature to work and now it does on Windows 10.

A joke?

Can't think of anything they could have done to make this app any more horrible. Sound notifications? Hah! Only when you're looking at your inbox. What's the point in that? Live tiles? That's a hit or miss. One release might make it sort of work, the next will break it. Speed? Hah! Watch paint dry, it is faster and more fun than watching your email slowly trickle in (ding, ding, ding...thats that horrible sound notification) Seriously, who wrote this? Sally in accounting?

Terrible. I'd ditch it in a heartbeat but my company relies on this for mobile accounts through which we communicate sensitive /proprietary business. The app locks up more often than it functions. I've lost track of how many times I've had to reinstall it. GOOD is not good.
