Nothing good about it.

Breaks all the time, need to uninstall and reinstall. Doesn't sync with your regular calendar, can't copy and paste. I have heard that folks just forward emails to their personal accounts, edit, then resend back to the good accounts so they can edit and work around the app (totally defeats the security).

Works great

I was worried reading all the comments, I almost didn't buy my 950 because I need GOOD for my work email. But it works perfectly, and doesn't interfere with using Windows Hello, which I was worried about. But it works just as well or better than on my Android phone. And I like that its a Windows Phone style app. I hate iClone style apps, this definitely isn't!

A joke?

Can't think of anything they could have done to make this app any more horrible. Sound notifications? Hah! Only when you're looking at your inbox. What's the point in that? Live tiles? That's a hit or miss. One release might make it sort of work, the next will break it. Speed? Hah! Watch paint dry, it is faster and more fun than watching your email slowly trickle in (ding, ding, ding...thats that horrible sound notification) Seriously, who wrote this? Sally in accounting?

After latest fix it's improved. Now sync is working but still see crashes rarely. Good update

UWP, Work needed

For what it is--non-native, limited email--the app is well done, subject to the limitations of a company's implementation. I hope Good Work, Continuum support, Band support, Lock Screen, and other capabilities are added soon. Live Tile needs updating (incl. transparency)

Poor performance and slow when loading emails as it does not load emails in the background. It has to update everytime you open the application, which takes quite some times. It crashes every couple of months and need to reinstall. Seems like devs don't care much for the Windows version of this app.

Live tile is FIXED in WP8.1 Preview, finally. App also STILL lacks audible notifications/toasts even after the GDR3 update LAST SEPTEMBER that provided apps with access to custom alerts. Also lacks a number of other pieces of functionality that the Android and iOS versions have. We have allowed our support contract to expire and are about to begin a POC with a different MDM solution...

Crashes all the time. Typing is slow, sync is slow, never updated. We requested our management at our enterprise to move away from this and look at other solutions b/c support is so bad. Mobile apps are way to important to ignore concerns when it comes to communication (email). We are evaluating other platforms.

I will bump up my rating because program does not crash. I would give 5 stars if Good implemented a lock screen notification. I can leave the program running in the background (by pressing home button) and it will resume in less than a second. I can't comment on the tasks, or calendar live tile since I didn't pin it, but email seems to work okay.

Crashes often, slow startup, notification functionality does not work properly (can't seem to turn off the meeting reminder chimes!), overall design is so-so. That said, someone at work chose this as the only email app that can be used, so don't have any other option. The basic functionality is ok, but this app still needs extensive improvement / development.
