This is great. A way better method of tuning a guitar than chasing a spastic needle all over the place. This is a brilliantly simple app.

Really different, but no hassle to tune a guitar quickly and accurately. I actually use it on-stage for my violin when I need a good reference pitch. If you play too soft or have the wrong pitch selected it will show you junk, but that's essentially what you'd get from a needle representation too. Quite nice and surely worth the money.

Best tuner in the marketplace right now. Tunes my acoustic perfectly. Not sure why people have a hard time reading the waveforms. Seems easy to me. Please add support for alternate tunings!

Excellent app that really gets the job done!!! Gets my acoustic into perfect tuning without any trouble. Only problem is is that it doesn't seem to work with my electric guitar =/ Overall: Get this app!

Easy to use, it tuned my guitar even with the TV going in the background. Only complaint is no support for alternate tunings like drop D.

I’m new to the guitar and found this very handy. If you need help, just turn it to portrait and some tips show up which is nice. I thought it was easy enough to use.

This app has a very simple mechanic - instead of showing a dial, it shows you the waveform of the audio and gives you instructions on how to get it right. This works well for the most part. Tuning lower strings is simple and easy. However, tuning the higher strings (B and E) is harder, since the waveform isn't as smooth, though it's still possible. Note: This is NOT a chromatic tuner, you're only given EADGBE, so won't be useful for other instruments or for nonstandard tunings.

Kind of clever but this is way too frustrating.

Far too difficult to decipher which direction the wave is moving
