Fantastic app for building muscles

Would definitely recommend this app. I am using this app and seeing results. I don't drink no protein or take any tablets. But with this app and how you can create your own workout days and plans. Great 5stars

Very useful app, simple but helpful. Guide, pictures, video, these are perfect combination. Of course, we can choose what kind of training that we want depends on our target.

Awesome! Great info, simple to follow and it has provided excellent results. Offers men / women separate workouts with Pictures and how to videos. Even has a workout timer. Beautifully done!

I use this app a lot. My personal trainer is out of town but though I am capable of planning my own workout routine I like using this one. The daily and weekly plans are well thought out and the videos were helpful for some exercises that were new to me. 4 stars instead of 5 due to a few conflicts. One example is dumbbell curls. Instructions state to end with palms out but I should be finished with palms facing you as shown in the pics and video. A few more like this. Could trip up a novice. But-I like the app and wait for an update with new routines.

Really easy to use, the schedule keeps things interesting, and the library of exercises connected to the pictures and videos helps me keep good form.
