Love it!

I love this app, and would give it five stars, but it hasn't been letting me share recipes from any site. It says app isn't available right now. But I can still copy and paste. I use it all the time!

Crap app

Every time I tried to share a recipe, no matter what I did or where it was from, the app could not recognize a recipe and I had to manually copy & paste it. Not worth the hassle. Uninstalled

Almost there!

This is almost a great app. I really like the format and the connected approach they are taking. Now turn this into a GREAT app by adding what I'd consider essential features: Recipe scaling, recognition of ingredient items for creating calorie counts, and more intelligent shopping lists (combine like items - which also requires item recognition). You also need to make the mobile shopping list experience more like a list you'd go to the store with - for example add the ability to easily "check" (or even just remove) items on your list you have in your cart from the main page. Its great to be able to sync lists, but they need to be more functional. HP please keep going with this app - it's a great start!!! Another issue is the serves line. It should be servings or yield. If the recipe makes 20 of something, it's really hard to say how may that will serve. Plus all you can enter is a number.

Not many Options

So there are not many good options to store your recipe's, this app does an OK job, will not auto, or snap download from internet or anything it says it does except for manually enter recipe's. (Gives a not connected to the internet even tho I am connected, I just looked up the recipe online? and checked my internet icon says connected?) So it can be a bit frustrating. If the fix these issues I might even keep the app! I'll give it a few weeks.

HP Recipe Box

I was really excited to find this app on my new HP laptop, which was quickly replaced by frustration. I could not import recipes from the internet. I spend 2 hours chatting with a tech who had me try all sorts of settings changes, including a system refresh (after which I had to reinstall all the apps/programs I had just put in) They even had me do an app update with Microsoft. Now they want me to do a full system recovery. No thanks. Just not worth all that hassle for a recipe box.

Share Feature Quit Working

The share feature was working great at first, then I got an error message saying: "Something went wrong and this app can't share right now...try again later." Guess I'll have to save my recipes to the app old school style...cut and paste. Warning: DO NOT reinstall this app, unless you want to lose all of your recipes and start anew! I really hope they can work out this bug! It sure would be a lot easier and less time consuming!
