Works but needs update

Does its basic functions but needs an update badly. Please update to a native Windows 10 mobile app. Bugs: - Cannot link card via the mobile app. Users have to go to their account via the web to link a card. - Navigating to "places" causes the app to crash.

Doesn't seem to work on 10

Logged in, thinks it's a new account, also consistently produces an error on the account info. page

It crashes everytime I try to access the locations menu so I can't see where to use the app!

Hey this has bugs. 1. Cannot link my card . Says "unknown error". Else go to web and link. 2. Cannot find nearby places. The app quits. I deserve bounty for pointing this out.

Can't access visited places anymore as the app tends to freeze

Been using this for a while and love the convenience. The only problem I have with it now is that the app crashes every time I tap the "Places" button. I'd probably use this more if I had an easy way to find locations near me that accepts LevelUp.

This used to be good enough until last week when it stopped working and I couldn't even find it in the app store. I reached out to customer support and they said they are looking into it. I am going to be bulls**t if they stopped supporting the OS and didn't tell anyone.

Crashes instantly on every launch, even after a phone restart. Before today I could still use the app despite the (many) bugs, but now I'm cut off from LevelUp and my loyalty credits entirely. The sad thing is that they're still advertising WP support front and center on their website. I'm sorry, LevelUp, but if you have an app that does nothing but crash, you don't have an app.
