Doesn't sync in backend....

The overall app is good. Keep the record of chat history. The only flaw is its bad synchronization.

When I review a notification from a group chat in my notification center,i press the notification to view the comment and it doesn't appear in the actual group chat. No way to refresh the chat to review comment, it just disappears, so cannot follow the chat thread due to missing comments.

Click on toast notification, which has a preview of message, and after an agonizing wait you get "Could not open conversation" or similar error. The Lync meeting URL is not supported. It only sends you to the app store. This is a Microsoft product on a Microsoft phone. Shame that these things do not work

The app works but I found it to be very slow. Especially starting up. Once it's started, it is very quick. It takes about 45secs to load. I would keep installed of was not so slow.

Connects, sends and receives messages. On the HTC 8X, push notifications only work when the app is active on the screen. When the app is not active, messages are received the next time the app is open. One important note, when you are logged into the desktop client and walk a way from your machine, messages sent from another desktop client go to your desktop client, not your phone. Conversations in the app are device context specific, meaning if you send a lync message to another user who is logged into their phone all the messages you send in that conversation will be sent to that phone, regardless of whether they log into their computer later.

Synch and push notifications are really bad. Not sure where the problem is, but it is quite annoying. Even worse if push notification is working ok, when you open the app to read and answer the message, the message itself is gone. What's wrong Msfot?

Doesn't seem to really sync well with conversations, should be able to run in the background. Otherwise I am sure it will prove to be very helpful
