Almost Perfect & Very Useful

No app is "perfect", but this app works great, and is a near perfect companion to the MS Band 2. I found that this is every bit as reliable as the other fitness bands I own, plus it has common smart watch features that take it beyond a normal fitness band. The step count is accurate and real time. Heart Rate monitor is great, and the sleep monitoring function is something I did not anticipate needing but found that it is one of my most used features. I also love the GPS function. I carry my phone in my back pocket, or leave it on my desk/table (sometimes a few offices or even floors away), it's great to use the Band to easily view who is calling or preview an e-mail without having to grab my phone or worry that I left it behind.

On a PC it causes some serious CPU overheating

it's a nice app, the design is ok although I think there's still a lot of space for improvement and making it more user friendly and ergonomic. There is a huge problem with this app though. On a phone it causes a serious battery drain (L950XL), and on a PC (SP4) it causes CPU overheating!!!. Nothing made my computer hot, not to mention overheat. This one single app did it and without me even using it - the background agent from this app actually caused my computer to shut down because of heat.

Very frustrating but much better now

App will sync with band but then tell me that it cant find it. Phone says that its paired. Band shows that its paired. I cant manage tiles because it says that its not paired. But It will sync steps. Weird. Works flawlessly for about 4 months now. Love the new hiking tile too! Band is splitting though

Getting better but...

Getting better with new features and fixes but the most common and oldest bugs have never been addressed yet such as Bluetooth bugs: Connection is either connects or it doesn't. Still slow with the load time and sync as its decent as of now.

Everything I need...nothing more.

Alot easier to use and understand then Apple Health app. I had and iPhone and Apple Watch and it was too complex. The Band 2 and this app work perfectly and do what they were designed to do. Track Fitness. The 4 stars is because I cannot remove the share tile for some reason and the app crashes once every few days.

Very useful app - recent problems with updating weather

Weather no longer updates automatically, following a recent phone/Band 2 update. Please correct so that weather updates at least daily.

Works well

It would be great to have a remote camera button to take pictures with windows phones

Minor improvement

I hope the UI would be more like a dash board, display general information like calories burnt, steps in graphical way. Also, please include a battery level in digits rather than just a picture in both app and band. Generally, very useful app for band owner
