good but needs some features

mail app needs to allow option to sort by sender, and ability to use shift key to highlight group of emails to delete or move, instead of now forcing decision on each individual email. Feature to select and check box is cumbersome and takes more 'deadeye' mouse skill.

Can not find files for contacts (People) and calendar

Installed Windows 10 on Desktop PC last week. Contacts and Calendar info was completely updated in Desktop from my Windows Smartphone with Win 8.1. Loved it. It obviously used my Wi-Fi to do this because I never turned-on Bluetooth. I had to do absolutely nothing. I was amazed to see everything appear on its own. Then two days ago I upgraded the phone (Microsoft Lumia 640 XL) to Win 10. None of my contact info for "People" or for my Outlook Calendar on the Smartphone was imported from Win 8.1. Have tried unsuccessfully for many hours to copy the data over to the phone with Windows 10 from my Desktop PC with Windows 10. Biggest problem seems to be identifying the files that contain the data I need to transfer. I can't go much longer with a "Smartphone" with no people or appointment information. It looks like tomorrow I will have to spend hours and hours keying everything back into the phone. If anyone can help prevent this waste of time I would truly appreciate it. PS: I Love the app.

Adding contacts from mail received clunky

Easy to look up and access contacts you have. But trying to "save" a contact from a received email is a clunky process. When you get an email from someone who is not a contact and you highlight their name and hit "save" option, the program takes you to your list of contacts instead of adding the person. So, you have to copy the email address and then open "people" and add that way. Why is there the "save" option if you can't add a new contact? Perhaps I am missing something.....

Dots or Bubbles?

Those Bubbles or Dots before the contact names are confusing in that I fail to understand the colors used. Also, one should be able to determine what letters appear in them, those initials don't reflect some of my contacts. For example, I have a contact named 'JD', but no matter how I enter his info; it never appears as JD. How do I change the colors? I've searched & scanned & can't see how this is done. Other than that, it's a good app.

People

Quite a useful app! Wish I could create groups of people to use as a single group-e-mail address, though...

Improving

Nice to see improvements in both the design and function. Getting closer to where it was the years ago. I wish Window groups would sync with contact groups between devices.
