App Sucks And Takes Hella Long To Play Videos Or Open Mkv Files And Not Worth the money for a app that cant do muchMore
Dont waste your money
No support.. app has never being updated. MKVs cannot reproduce sound.More
Amazing, plays MKV's :-). Almost perfect, but....
DTS sounds really low in 100% volume. In Desktop media player it sounds great and louder. In the video collection, it would be nice if you could pick up the Folder.jpg, and show it as the Movie representation. Thank you for the subtitles fix 😉 Please fix low volume issue...More
Plays MKV's like a champ.
Great interface, plays MKV's without issue. Two features would make this a 5 star app. First is remember the last location I was in. The other is resume playback for videos I've already started.More
Best Windows 8 Touch Player
Arguably the best Windows 8 touch-based player out there. Plays MKV quite well. I have been looking for one for awhile and tried a few others, but this one works the best I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great Windows 8 Touch Player. Update: Many months later, I'm still sticking to my original statement. The app is a bit buggy but after trying many alternatives for Win 8 Touch, it's still by far my favorite. The UI is simplistic out of all of them and it gives me the best east of use. I shall update the score and review accordingly if I find any problems, but for now,, this is a great app.More
Verry good app works great but when i play a video appear one black vertical bar on the screen i don't know what is it (i'm using the trial version)More
Not Bad. YES, it does play MKV's
It sometimes struggles to play large file, but it does the job. Plays .mkv's This is an updated review. I previously wrote that this app didn't work as advertised. However my problem was completely on my end. A brand new USB drive was not transferring files properly. So I stand corrected. This app is great! Thumbs up!More
Need Fix Issue with Dual Audio and Sub in MKV file
Good Player I Paid for it, the only issue I got with MKV files when I select another Audio it does not change or cant listen anything and for the subtitles it does not show up when change the language. It would be great fix it. And if you have only 1 audio and subtitle in your mkv it is the best player for windows touch.More
You're better off with native et player but if you need a simple mkv player this it. I regret purchasing it as subtitles are not supported and no enhancements options are available.More
Terrible app to buy; do not waste time...
I've been holding out for a long time for a solid MKV player to come to the windows app store (preferably VLC, but they are taking their sweet time).I used this app as a trial to watch one MKV file and it worked great. Then the trial ended. I decided to just pay the $3.50. TERRIBLE IDEA. It wont play my MKV files correctly. i have no sound. I will be looking to request and force a refund to occur because it will otherwise be a waste of 18 gallons of water. However, if the developer actually decides to fix this problem that i and many other users have faced, then i will drop my fight for a refund, thank the creator(s), and update my review.More
