This is a malware app in disguise. Under Armor won't let you install the app on your SD card. It won't let you use the app unless you agree to let it slowly use your high speed internet allotment and battery life to let it monitor your web searches, fb activity, etc. Won't let me pay to avoid this. Wish I lived in Europe, where users don't lose their privacy.

Bad Install and Update Process

Nit clear if it's Microsoft Store or the App causing the issue but I can't update this app on my phone. My phone settings send all apps to my expansion card but this app must be on the phone proper. That's the app at fault because it require it. Now when updates come they and then ask me permission to override my preference and install in the phone itself. I give permission it downloads and fails to install the update. Then it gives me the same error and again asks for permission to install on the phone. This process happens over and over so I can't get updates. This may be a problem with the Microsoft store or the app. I'm just not sure which.

In order to get this app to run each day, I have to reinstall it. The app is also not updating calories burned for fit it. Sort of lame but my nutritionist said to use it. Same issue again, I contacted the writers and they said that there are multiple Windows devices, with different capabilities, at times the program will run into interference. I think they don't understand regression testing, or they are using a lame auto conversion tool from their iOS or Android code base. Update It stopped working today. 2016/06/16.

Support is stellar

Like other reviewers, I had an issue logging in to MFP using the app. I sent off an email to support and within the same day and with a little information, my login issue was solved. Still checking out the app but so far it has the features I was expecting.

Good app

Good solid app a little tricky but nicely done. Why no live tile?

Not even usable

My dietician recommended this app, so I tried to sign up, but won't even recognize that I'm connected to a wireless network, so I can't use it at all. The fact that the app has a vast majority of 1-star reviews and it still doesn't work is absolutely inexcusable.

Scanner stopped working

Used the scanner a few weeks ago and now it has stopped working. Tap the icon to scan a barcode and it just shows a light gray rectangle where I should be seeing the image from the camera. May be a Windows 10 problem because Red Laser behaves the same way. There was a recent software update pushed to the Lumia 950 XL which may be causing the issue. Just wish MFP would update this app and fix these problems.

Has a lot more nutritional content available to track compared to other apps. For me I want to track & limit my sugar intake. Even gets data from my Microsoft Band! Just one issue - had to create new account on my Windows phone as it didn't recognize the account info from my iPod. Overall great app! It has not crashed. Do realize the free version comes with ads that take a little time to load - all free fitness apps do!

Despite being a Microsoft partner for Band, the app doesn't work. Constantly gives an error on password entry and wouldn't log me in.

MyFitnessPal is a great network/community, but you wouldn't know it from the window phone version of the app. I switched from Android to Windows 10 in November 2015 and boy oh boy is this app pretty horrible in comparison. You cannot like posts, settings are drastically limited, it has 1/5 of the menu/options, you can't move food to another meal, no recipes, etc. It's a pretty ridiculous app when you weigh it against the others. Meanwhile, the Android/iOS version have had so many updates on an already great app for those platforms. Ummm... How about giving the Windows 10 app some attention-that it desperately needs. However... On a basic level... It allows me to log so... Yay?
