Finally! A useful tile! Thank you!
I agree about the yellow. A way to just match the chosen theme would be nice. It seems I can change it on the note when I open it, but it doesn't change the tile color. A click to rotate to the next tile and double click to open would be cool. As would be the ability to put multiple tiles there. But hey. Anything can be improved a bit. I'm not griping. I'm a happy customer! Except...it's free. Does that make me a customer? :-) Either way, I'm gonna find a way to share a link to this on facebook. I know a lot of people who would like this.More
Simple and easy, can change background color, and yet save it as text file, but maybe to add a print feature will be great.More
Most simple, Most beautiful.
using to have simple text is one of the best app I have ever seen on windows 10 as having feature of live tile.More
Live Tile Color
'Twould be quite nice if the live tile was the same color as the in-app color. The foul colour of mustard yellow gives me an overwhelming need to de-consume my lunch. Such a hideous color makes my clashes horrendously with my Start screen and makes it look rather pooey. Yes, do fix.More
Acts like a sticky note
It's nice to be able to leave a note to yourself on the start screen. The only thing I don't like about it is the color. The weird yellow makes it hard to read. You can edit the color inside the app, but not the tile color which is where your message is. If that was changed this app would be perfect.More
Deletes notes unexpectedly
If you have more than 1 note, don't ever try the setting "Simple layout". It will delete all your notes but the first one. Really frustrating, instant uninstall...More
basic and shows up on live tile
I wanted a note app that would display the content on the live-tile and this app does that (it wraps the text and creates a continuous text line). It isn't the perfect solution but I have a feeling that the limitations of the app are due to Windows 8 limitations. On a side note (no pun intended), the app allows you to change the color of the note but doing so does not change the color of the live-tile [that'd be nice]. Thanks for the app.More
This app does precisely what it promises. You can add up to four notes, which are rotated through on the live tile - or focus on a single note, with the "simple" layout. Each note can be saved as a text file. It's simple, uses minimal memory, and doesn't get in the way. It's good for jotting down quick notes or to-do lists that will be migrated to a more permanent store later. Given this, having a button that allows an entire note to be copied to the clipboard would be a nice touch.More
Great, simple app
I am a huge user of google tasks for my main to-do lists (to sync across devices), but I use this app to keep track of tasks, notes and data that are pertinent to issues at hand and specific to my computer. Note s fills this role perfectly, and the ideal included feature is exposing the first few lines of notes on the live tile.More
Now has up to 4 notes :) But now on the live tiles it shows dots where the new line is suppose to be. (Might want to fix that) And those who ask how to change the color. Go into the settings (Just bellow the Start, Devices choose settings.) It shouldn't be to hard from there.More
