Phone and Desktop versions aren't ready

The app has potential, but there are critical things wrong with it. For example, the last update completely wiped out my password database. Not helpful. The desktop version doesn't seem to be compatible with object types the phone was compatible with, the UI doesn't use standard keystroke navigation like tabbing to the next control. I wanted to love it, but instead, it's a source of frustration for me. Having deleted all my critical password data from my phone, now is the perfect time to send it to the trash. Bye bye, oneSafe.

Beware: This app is WORTHLESS!

I purchased this app because the version on my wife's iPad was great. This is supposed to be the same thing, but it is obvious that the author didn't care to give the Windows version the same level of detail and functionality. Customer support just puts me off or makes excuses. I paid for this and I am very disappointed in it. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

Windows version definitely needs work!

I have been fairly pleased with OneSafe over the past few years on my Mac and iOS devices, but the attempt so far at a Windows version is poor at best. I only have one Windows device that I use regularly, so the lack of syncing isn't such a huge deal, but I can't even successfully import my full exported backup file into the Windows version without it crashing. I only have 337 items, so it should be able to handle the backup file exported from my Mac... But no. It runs for a while and crashes during the import, leaving out the last half of the passwords in the file... Very disappointed. Glad it's free, because it isn't yet worth paying for. Please bring the Windows version up to the standards that have been enjoyed on the Mac and iOS platform for years. Otherwise, I will have to start looking at converting to 1Password.

Useless, doesn't work.

Installed on Windows 10 and opened app. App immediately asks for a password, but doesn't give a place to input a password. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Same thing. Works great on my iPhone, but this is just another worthless Windows app. Once again, Windows disappoints while my iOS device works flawlessly.

I was able to sync, but it wasn't easy

I have the app installed on an iPhone, android tablet, and my PC. The tablet and iPhone are synced through Dropbox, but this option doesn't seem to be available on the Windows version. So I first tried to export a backup file from the tablet to Windows using Gmail, but when I tried to import the backup file, it wouldn't work. I then exported a backup file from the iPhone, and used the "Export via Wi-Fi" option. This time it worked. The only reason I can think of is that I created the original password files using the iPhone app, and not the Android tablet.

It's easy to use and it's intuitive.

It does not sync

If this app would sync to my phone I would love it. But is doesn't so that makes it hard to use across two devices. Please fix this and I will gladly give it five stars.

Just needs a way to sync over Onedrive and/or local file in WP Documents folder, one of the few we can put files into on WP.
