PaperKarma helps you get rid of Junk Mail and save the Earth at the same time! Simply take snapshots of your >paper< Junk Mail, press Send and voila... you'll be unsubscribed from the sender automatically. PaperKarma handles magazines, catalogs, flyers, credit card offers, white / yellow pages, local advertisers, ... If there is a "customer list" somewhere with your name on it, we'll find it and work with company to remove it. PaperKarma cannot stop Junk Mail that is distributed based on zip codes (there is no customer list in such cases). During registration, the only information you need to provide is your name + address as it appears on the mailing label (+ optionally your phone # for Yellow Page unsubscribes). When taking pictures, please include just the name of the publication/company such that it can be uniquely identified - we do not need your name/adrs in the picture). Give PaperKarma a try and save a few trees!More

Runs well, UI is easy to understand. It seems to be missing some important features from the iOS version (feedback system).More
Worthless. Several companies I have submitted still send me mail even though I have scanned them six times over several months. Two scans have never gone through. One has been processing for 140 days. Infuriatingly, about half of my scans in the past two months have been identified as the wrong company or a store in the same chain in a completely different city. There is no way to report that the info is wrong. I submitted a suggestion and didn't even get a response. Paper Karma uses services like Amazon Turk so its infuriating not to be able to report a mistake and get it changed. Overall, your best bet is to call and also write nice but firm letters including the mailing label. Also register at DMA Choice and see if the company sending catalogs is supposedly supposed to follow that opt out list (doesn't apply to USPS mail blasts to "resident" -- they pay the USPS to do so so the only way to stop is politely ask. Return to sender wont work on these either.)More
Simple, functional, helpful, and reduces waste!
Paper Karma is just an excellent idea, an excellent service, and the app makes it so easy and convenient to use. I *love* this app!More
Works great. I'm hoping this will reduce or eliminate the junk mail that I get. I'm really liking how easy it is and the fast status provided. Thanks a bunch for this app and for the service.More
The service is really effective in reducing junk mail. I hope they're able to make ends meet, since there is neither a charge for the app nor advertising in it. And I'd like to see a bit mate attention to the UI -- ability to scan several items in succession then batch upload, rather than do whole cycle for each one. But a great concept and worthwhile effort.More
Exactly what I needed to get rid of all the junk mail at home. And for a good deed on top of that. Well done PaperKarma.More
Thank you for bringing this to windows phone. I used this years ago on android and it helped reduce the amount of junk mail I received. Now that I know it is on windows phone too I can start using it again!More
