Description

In Party Hard, you play as someone who is really tired of the neighbors having loud parties. Instead of calling the police, you decide it’s a better idea to kill everyone – using your faithful knife and the environment. The tactical strategy follows a series of killings at parties through-ought the USA. The developers used to work mostly on casual, family-friendly games - until they participated in a game jam, creating the first prototype for Party Hard. TinyBuild backed up the original developers – Pinokl Games – to create a full version that's now on Xbox One! Party Hard has semi-procedural environments and focus on unique ways of killing people. In the greatest traditions of sneaking games, your main goal is not to get caught, while silently picking off unsuspecting victims one by one. Dancing and blending in during a suspicious situation is key. - A (not)serious story that follows a series of murders through the USA. - 19 unique levels with random variations on each one. - Use traps, cause explosions, become a ninja. - Multiple unlock-able characters. - Special random events, like a bear coming in and killing everyone for you. - Trigger the DEA, SWAT cars, paramedics, firefighters to come in and ruin the party. 5 Playable Characters! - The guy who wants to get some sleep. - The ninja who is fast, stealthy, has a smoke bomb, but shouldn't be seen. - The cop who can carry around bodies without suspicion, and frame other people. - The girl who can knock people out. - The butcher who has a chainsaw.

Great game, impossible to perfect

Love the game, but the Runner achievement is no longer possible to obtain with this current version. I can't support a company that mistakes cheating for challenging.

Andrew W.K.'s favorite game

Party Hard is a really neat little game as you play as an unknown person who just wanted some sleep but these damn people with their loud music and dancing and drinking and smoking all through the night!!! ARGH!?!?! So we're gonna do the sensible thing.....KILL 'EM ALL! The game has a simple style: kill people using what's available to you and don't get caught doing so. Each level has it's own traps and every time you play the same level (let alone a few) the traps change. There is some challenge here but it's doable. There's some thinking involved in doing these killings but you have to be quick and precise and not mess up. Having a smooth run is a great feeling and the music can get you pumped and swaying to the beat and as a person who loves various electronic music genres that's a massive plus. I would recommend this game if you enjoy killing people at a party and making sure you get away with it.

🔥 The night is young. Party hard. 🔥

One of the most enjoyable games i've ever played. Getting every achievement took me 15 hours total without rushing. Loved every second. 👍

Just as maniacal as Hotline Miami and just as fun.

If Hotline Miami is about how much blood you can spill without spilling your own, Party Hard is about the strategy of the massacre. It's got the colorful and vibrant 80s 16-bit vibe the aforementioned title's got, but it's about what and how you can murder with nothing but a knife, hockey mask and household items. Party Hard will fly under the radar, but is definitely appreciated by those who have it. 5 16-bit stars, and party on.

LOVE IT EVEN THOUGH THE STORY IS STRAIGHT OUT F'ED UP!!

I MEAN WHEN YOUR CHARACTER YOUR PLAYING IS A SERIAL KILLER;YOU CAN SOMEWHAT SYMPATHIZE WITH WHAT MADE HIM SO PISSED OFF; ALTHOUGH WE ALL KNOW THAT MURDER AND KILLING PEOPLE IS WRONG AND DON'T FLY IN THE REAL WORLD:) IF YOU CAN PLAY JUST SEEING IT AS A GAME AND NOT MEANT TO BE SERIOUS THEN YOU WILL LOVE IT LIKE ME!!! GRAPHICS ARE NOT MIND BLOWING;BUT IT DOESN'T AFFECT THE GAMEPLAY AT ALL HIGHLY ADDICTING MUSIC IS JUST THE ICING ON THE CAKE!!!!
