Better than the past

Works well, BUT the reason many people use Rhapsody is to explore/search for music. The app is laid out as if I only want to listen to my playlists, new releases or un-radio. I wish that the search function was built into the main screen and more prominent rather than being buried in the click-menu at the top left of the screen.

Quality decreases with every release

Windows 10 "app" reflects the least imaginative user interface and it difficult to find the music you want. Music plays OK once you find it. I am a long time subscriber and the usefulness of their applications had gone down with every release. Amazon Prime is coming up to speed quickly and is worth considering, especially if you are already a Prime member. The web interface is better. If this app is any indication of Rhapsody's future direction, now would be a good time to start migrating your library over to something else.

Won't play. Stays on track or radio screen without playing any music.

This stinks

No more downloads, no music unless connected to web. #$%^##$#@ I can get this from youtube for free. The last real app that wasn't just their web site connection just stopped working. I think I need my credit card to just stop working. Sad considering I have been a subscriber sense 2007.

Lots of Good Music

I like the classical collection. The search engine is poor. Support is helpful. I have no experience with other streaming services to compare.

Best subscription music player

I had spotify music service for awhile but Rhapsody is better and has a bigger music library with lots of variety.

It was good

It is alright the design is okay. I miss the old application you were able to download off the internet. You are not able to jump to the part of the song you want to listen to, on the windows app version. The old one does not even work any more.

Doesn't work correctly. Constantly displays nothing after you select a song. also when playing songs that you have downloaded, if you do not select the doing through tracks, it usually won't play, for instance through albums, artist etc ... So frustrating

This app doesn't work. Select a station, get excited, wait, wait some more, and then move on to something else because no songs appear or play.

Love the service, but...

Some of the artists end up in the wrong genre (Currently, if you look at Rock it's a picture of Justin Timberlake), and the Windows version of the program has always left something to be desired. Other than that, absolutely love it.

Love it!

I've had Grove and Pandora and this is the easiest format across the board.

Why would anyone pay for Rhapsody...

I have unRadio, for free through my tmobile plan (It was part of a perk you got with their data plan). Rhapsody also offers the premier for $5.99, discounted since I am a tmobile customer. I had considered upgrading to that and replacing my Spotify subscription, but this app is horrible... all the Rhapsody apps are. You can't favorite artists or albums, there is no music discovery, you can't start radio from an artist or album... just a track and the radio doesn't match the genre of the track half the time, you can't share music with friends, and the search feature is mediocre at best. Even if my budget was $5.99 a month for a music subscription. I would rather have Spotify every other month instead of Crhapsody all the time. Their music library has no complaints from me, but the delivery just ruins it... if I didn't have Spotify I would rather pick a free ad supported service like Google Music or Pandora than continue to use this.
