Description

RunKeeper uses the GPS technology found in the Windows Phone to track your fitness activity, giving you comparable results to an expensive GPS watch. The intuitive and easy-to-use interface of the app makes it easy to track how far you went, how long it took, what your pace/speed was, how many calories you burned, and the path you traveled on a map. Once your activity is completed, the data is synced to the RunKeeper website (www.runkeeper.com) where you can view a history of all of your activities, and cumulative totals of all of your vital stats. You can also share your progress with friends by posting your activities to Facebook and Twitter, and creating a profile page that allows people to view all of your public activities. Features: * Activity Tracking No need for an expensive, standalone fitness tracking device when you can use your Windows Phone to do the same thing. Now you can track how far you went, how long it took you, and the route you traveled right from your phone * Personal Dashboard Store all historical activities on runkeeper.com, where you can keep track of totals and monitor your progress * Maps integration See the exact path you traveled on a map, both on the device and on our website * Activity Sharing Share your activities with friends via email, or by posting them to your favorite social sites, including Facebook and Twitter

Wish this was still supported, live tile weekly summary was a great feature. But only crashes now, sad to have to uninstall :(

Great app, but needs Mango support yesterday. Also, the live tile is extremely ugly. . .very pixilated. Devs have abandoned this app, it seems. (1 star for no update to Mango) Update: Finally an update!!! Should be a 5 star app now. I'll give it five stars now, I'll update later. Update: No multi-tasking. Booo!

Solid, but quite a few perf and parity issues when compared to the iOS implementation. Examples: run map zooming is choppy and cannot see details of a section of a run from the histogram.

It doesn't run and doesn't keep, no support. Only works sporadically and fails without saving a local copy. I lost 3 of 4 runs. Switched to Endomondo and love it, a much better app. Another option is Run the Map, though I like the coach on Endomondo.

My only complaint are that it sometimes has trouble syncing after completing an activity and the GPS can be occasionally inaccurate. Otherwise, a fantastic app.

A GPS app that keeps track of walks, hikes, and jogs very well. The UI is great, and the map functionality is really cool. It would be neat to have a built in pedometer, but...

Its been a favorite app of mine after trying out other apps on other platforms. But I have to say that the windows phone version is sorely lacking un features which other platforms carry easily. I want my cues back. Come on rk, fix your WP app!
