Poor UI, File Preview is almost Non-existent

I can't even figure out how to open a file with this app! I mean, really, this should be simple: double click file > file opens. Nope! It lets me make files available offline, which would be great, except I still can't figure out how to open the thing! The closest I've come to actually accessing a file is by viewing a "convenient" 1x1in thumbnail preview. Seriously, what does this app even do??

Love the UI, but crashes and forgets me regularly

So, the UI is pretty good, certainly better than the desktop/browser version, but UI is simply the polishing on reliable software. Regularly this program lags and forces me to log in, which is a real pain. Other times, it will simply shut down or forever stay on the page with the logo on it. Not impressed...

Good things first. I like the interface and I especially like that support for forms based single sign-on has finally been added. Now the bad things. When uploading pictures, you can only upload one at the time (overflow menu > tap upload picture > select 1 picture > tap upload). That's a lot of steps just to upload one picture. Now multiply those steps with the number of pictures you want to upload. That's not just a lot of steps, that's an insane amount of steps. Add to that, that the upload queue seems to never actually start processing, even though connected to Wi-Fi and power.

Adobe Air Desktop widget much more practical

Perhaps this would be acceptable on a tablet, but rarely do I want this to take up my whole screen. The ability of to drag and drop from windows explorer into ShareFile is one of the advantages of the desktop widget, which is not convenient with this metro app. The metro app is just one big waste of screen real estate and offers no advantages—and feels like a step backward—to anyone using a mouse and keyboard.

Great, you need to cutomize this App on Citrix Server

You can customize XML Files in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ and it works perfect and very quick. For Microsoft Office you can add ShareFile DriveMapper CloudSpace and combined it with this Client. It looks good for Tablets and works in Multiuser Mode.

App does not work with my company account on my company phone. It's really a company problem, and not an app problem so much, but that the app goes to my company servers for me to log in instead of doing that itself is a problem. Ultimately, the app is useless for me, and I've got a paid account.

Great Product

Enterprise version with network connectors is awesome. They've got a winner here.

The app doesn't show on premises storage (bug??)

I do see our company shares(we use Storage zone connector) , but I don't see any data when using this app. The Sharefile App on an IPad or Android Tab does work. So seems Windows RT/8 App is having some bugs.

I have mixed reviews on this one. Like the access, like the upload even with the one picture at a time. Cannot find where to log out of account.
