Description

Enter every morning when you went to sleep and when you work up and it will tell you how much sleep you got that night. Specify the quality of sleep and enter in notes or keep a dream journal. A nice, basic little app. I wish I could add a few more fields, such as time to fall asleep, number of wakes, exercise, food and meds taken before bed. Also wish the graph would show more than 10 bars, or could scroll back and forth.

separate forms for recording sleep time (when about to go to bed) and wake time would be nice as I don't want to have to remember what time i slept last night. also, a password (or any kind) lock would be appreciated to prevent others from reading dream notes.
