Does connect to other computers with higher versions of TeamViewer

Has all the features of the desktop app but with a much better interface. It fluid quick and easy to use.

Its a great app. Needs incoming connection feature. Lets me control other machines. But it needs the feature to allow incoming connections.

I have a Samsung Ativ Smart PC, original Surface RT, and just got a AT&T Asus Vivo Tab RT. MY PROBLEM: For some crazy reason I thought I'd log into my account just to look in there instead of logging into one of my PCs and I didn't even need to. Guess it was a stupid impulse. It still works but now the account log in side of app has the constant spinning hanging wheel like it wants to load something from 1st moment I launch the app until I'm finished using it. It basically won't log in because I think it never logged out last time I was in it? But it also won't connect into my account now. Its fine PC to PC but account is unreachable. I've restarted my tab, killed teamviewer in task manager, and no matter what the account log in side just hangs. The moment this stops happening and I can actually log in and out of account it will be back to 5 stars. I don't understand? I have used teamviewer for a couple years now before windows 8 even existed and have loved it. Don't know what this is?

Controlling other computers, with touch, on my phone is very intuitive. Windows 8, on the other hand, is very frustrating. Stretch to fit is enabled, by default. If the two computers aren't the same aspect ratio, you'll get stretching and taps don't quite register correctly. You have to change the setting, each time. That phone allows you to move the mouse from anywhere. Windows 8 makes the mouse jump to your finger. Options to toggle those behaviors would be most welcome.

Excellent remote control option for tech support. Very simple and easy to use. Only complaint is that the app does not capture the Win key; otherwise, works very well.

Connecting to computers is very easy and intuitive. However, it would be even more awesome if they could optimize it to transfer more information faster or making the refresh rate even higher. Better than splashtop in that teamviewer is actually free for those who want to access their comps over the internet; splashtop is free for over lan but over internet requires upgrade of service. Even though not exactly fluid, satisfied for a free product.

I like TeamViewer, it's a good quality application. The only think I don't like very much is the limitation of the screen resolution. My desktop at home is 1920x1080, and my tablet is capable of that resolution. In the Touch version of the app, there is no way to set the default resolution. Every time I connect, or even change monitors, it ALWAYS defaults to 1366x768, even if I change it for a monitor. When I returned after cycling, it was back to the low resolution. Fix that capability, and you've got a killer app. Also, I would like to see the history of computers I've connected to, but that's secondary to the resolution issue.

One of the most useful apps. Cannot live without it, especially while running multiple computers at home.
