Description

Twitter is a free app that lets you connect with people, express yourself, and discover more about the things you love. Hear about breaking news first. See what your favorite celebs, athletes and public figures are chatting about. Catch a glimpse behind-the-scenes at the Oscars, concerts, sporting events, and more. Then join the conversation: Tweet your own text and photos to your followers — and maybe make a few fans along the way. Even send private messages to friends. All in real time, as big (and little) things happen, from anywhere you happen to be. When something happens in the world, it happens on Twitter. Express yourself with text, photos, emoji, emoticons, GIFs and Vines. Get breaking news, instantly, by following hashtags like #breaking and accounts like @BBCBreaking. Go behind the scenes at exclusive events like the VMAs and the World Cup. Use hashtags (like #puppies) to find more Tweets about topics you love. Start a conversation with people who interest you, including celebrities like Katy Perry, Patrick Stewart and astronaut, Chris Hadfield.

needs some new features

really good, but needs new features like tagging people to pictures, and also process of saving photo is terrible, make it like on wp 8.1 also, would be great if instead of dot in notification will be amount of that notifications plus add feature to get notifications from person you want like on old versions and changing theme on app itself

Updating my last review

I had to uninstall the app. It kept sending all my Replies to the Drafts... People thought I was ignoring them & all that time I thought I had replied. Please bring back the individual notifications for when someone in particular tweets. Location tweeting too. Those were basic features in the much missed 8.1 version.

It works fine and smoothly but

please add swipe gesture, personalization option (black or white) mode like PC ,transparent live tile, tap to view the profile picture and pinned tweets is not appearing and there is a problem when I change phone DPI to 150% it becomes so hard to search because keyboard still popping up and does not disappear to change between results

It used to save my place

I like the new UI for Windows 10. I'd like it to be updated to save my place in reading tweets as it used to. Also, it really needs to tie into the People Hub.

New update has issues

The new Windows 10 twitter app is light years ahead of the old app on but still has problems. Once in a while I can't send tweets. I hit "tweet" and the tweet moves to my drafts. No matter how many times I try, the same thing happens. Really big issues that needs to be worked out!

Where're the notifications?

Where are the lock screen notifications? This app is very good, but I would like to see this come back for Windows 10 Mobile.

Reply message dissapeared

Whenever I reply someone's tweet and hit tweet button, I thought that the tweet will be posted, but it didn't. In fact, it just disappeared, not even stored in the draft. This is such a basic feature, should fix this issue.

Ok I guess

Like that it now played movies inside the timeline, but now it jumps me to the top of the timeline each time I open it. The old version would remember she I was before and place new tweets above so I could scroll up and read them in order. Now I have to scroll down reading them out of order.
