Description

Twitter is a free app that lets you connect with people, express yourself, and discover more about the things you love. Hear about breaking news first. See what your favorite celebs, athletes and public figures are chatting about. Catch a glimpse behind-the-scenes at the Oscars, concerts, sporting events, and more. Then join the conversation: Tweet your own text and photos to your followers — and maybe make a few fans along the way. Even send private messages to friends. All in real time, as big (and little) things happen, from anywhere you happen to be. When something happens in the world, it happens on Twitter. Express yourself with text, photos, emoji, emoticons, GIFs and Vines. Get breaking news, instantly, by following hashtags like #breaking and accounts like @BBCBreaking. Go behind the scenes at exclusive events like the VMAs and the World Cup. Use hashtags (like #puppies) to find more Tweets about topics you love. Start a conversation with people who interest you, including celebrities like Katy Perry, Patrick Stewart and astronaut, Chris Hadfield.

getting better

since its launch in W10 platform, the app was developed a lot. Another improvement could be YouTube videos support inside application. It's very tiring to go back and forth just to watch a video on YouTube. Thanks for the good work so far!

Solid

Great app. Love the updates, now with GIF attachments! Could use some tweaks still. App has come a long way. I prefer this version to Android version.

Works, but unfriendly

No url in "share", so I can't save tweets to Pocket. I also wish there was a way to just quickly save images to a default directory with a default name instead of having to pick a location and name the file

Most Recent Update 👎

Newest update makes it nearly impossible to @ tweets nonfamous people, you have to type in their entire, fully correct user name every time to get them to pop up. Timeline out of order, tweets disappearing - even @ tweets, making it impossible to respond. It now takes 5 steps to switch between accounts - so if you have a personal twitter and a business twitter it makes it much less user friendly.

App needs to be updated

The Twitter app is great but it needs some attention. One feature I am missing coming over to Windows 10 mobile from iOS is user tweet notifications. When someone I am following tweets something I would like to be notified.

My First Choice of Posting my🎥 🎶&♓👊🆕💁💡 Life

It is immediate to respond showing more listed Tweet 411 which invites more responses and followed mutual respect to flow effortlessly. There is more positive attitude with the lay out and vibrant colors on the display also. ❤ it.

Why does this auto scroll?

This app on all other platforms (and the website version)keeps your timeline place and shows 'X new tweets' at the top of the timeline. Not this one. It simply auto refreshes and loses your place. So if you want to catch up, you have to first find where you left off. Very annoying.

It is no longer useful as you would expect with Windows phone at this stage, no relevant updates for us, so if you need decent apps go to Android or ios
