Uber

every time I ask for a ride, it says my credit card is invalid and I should scan it, but there's no option to scan it in the app. even worse it's NEVER ever mentioned anywhere in Uber help site - in fact I couldn't find about it anywhere in the internet. you can't contact Uber about problems in your account and, guess what, the mandatory support link here in the windows store doesn't work either! Uber is following a perfect recipe to make a company that will die very soon, hopefully.

Very convenient!!! I just had a small suggestion? I recently found myself needing a ride with a large dog. I was curious if having an animal in the Uber was something they could accommodate. Uber leaves the decision up to the drivers. Which is totally fine, but there should be a way to be set up with an Uber that allows animals without having to first arrange your Uber & then call the driver to ask whether or not they allow animals in their vehicle.

I used this app last couple of weeks while traveling in PR. Worked good for me. Could see cars coming, I could pin my drop off when I didn't know the address. Saved me time and money.

Find hotel or other point is challenge if you don't know address. Search is not working for hotels, restaurants etc...

I enjoy the fact that I can contact Uber to get me to where I'm going, but the app is not allowing me to set the exact location to be picked up, so I either have to text or call the driver to give them my location and that's the only issue I have. So far my experience with the drivers have all been exceptional.

Would be nice if I could store a few favorite locations. Also, the location search needs refinement. I'm in California and when I start typing in an address it brings up a similar address in Illinois before the one I'm going to in California. What's the chances I'll be taking an Uber to Illinois from California? Not likely. Also, I like more exact quotes.... Sometimes they are a little too broad. Also, if I choose a destination location a quarter of a mile away and a Uber car is right around the corner, my fare quote is actually slightly more than another location 3 miles away. What's up with that?

I'll be brutally honest...I'm running Build 15063.251 and this is the latest version for Windows 10 Mobile Creative Update. The featured you mentioned in your app description are not all present & your app released for Windows 10 Mobile is basically a piece of junk software. Either you remove it totally from Windows Store & make it unavailable for the Windows 10 Mobile platform or improve the app & make it similar if not better than your Android & iOS apps.

Arilene was sweet, talkative, and attentive on where we were headed. I hope to get her again because she smelled nice and drop-dead gorgeous!

windows app is outdated now, it shows higher charges than on the mobile app. needs to be updated, please do. not picking the phone up to book an uber seems convenient sometimes.

Love uber. But this app has just one issue that the other platforms don't have: choosing the destination is really hit and miss - I can type the name of a well known international airport and it doesn't know it. However if I type the name of an esoteric donut shop it knows it right away. Otherwise the regular updates have fixed all the other issues I've had in the past.
