Good start but needs some work

Overall, a very good app, but there are few issues: 1. All my albums titled "Greatest Hits" are getting the same cover art regardless of artist. 2. There doesn't seem to be any way to search for music, or create playlists. For example, I'd like to be able to search by track title, artist, and album 3. This app needs to offer options for larger font sizes when displaying information. For example the text on a movie "details" page is tiny on my tablet. 4. The display of TV series seems to use the top portion of the cover art for the series and this doesn't always contain any information. Personally, I'd prefer an option to display TV Series covers in the same way that Movie covers are displayed

O coolish

For movies, music and Tv series it works. And it beautiful. (wow) After selection the remote can be made to appear by swiping up.. there is another remote (presumably the main one) that can be activated from the main screen - I cannot get this remote to do anything. Bummer. Also without this remote things like other video, music videos, favorites, settings, etch are unavailable. The other part is so beautiful I am still inclined to give it 2.5 stars, I sure hope they fix it.

Most Promising

As others have mentioned, the remote doesn't work, and the Recently Added section tends to crash, but this XBMC app has the most promise, and fits the metro look very nicely. Will definitely deserve a 5-star rating when the bugs are sorted out.

Does Not Work!

Waste of time. You cannot change any settings once you initially configure it. To change ip, etc, you have to uninstall it and reinstall it. Once you do properly configure it, the remote controller does not work at all!!!!! Why would anyone give this more than one star is beyond me. The only thing good a the remote interface but again when it does not do what it is supposed to do, what good is the interface.

It works but has quirks

It works. However it has some quirks in it. For instance every single tv show displays the various season covers as the same cover from the first show the app ever looked at. Some tv banners do t load either, just see the thinking circle going round and round. It looks the best visually of the other remotes out so far.

Raspberry Pi Great!

Works great with OpenELEC 3.0 running on Pi. Would like greater queue control/management (can't queue plat list). Remote is not working. Eden support?

Ads block player controls.

This is, for the most part, an excellent XBMC app. I like it more than the other offerings on the store. However, the background images is a generic, overused image seen on tons of "free wallpaper" sites, and worst of all, the ads completely overlap some of the player controls. Fix it!

Pretty good!

Nice interface, but it needs to be able to toggle posters for the tv series screen and it has a bug where it won't scroll seasons in the tv season screen.

Series view

I use posters on xbmc for series. The xbmc remote must use banners but instead of downloading its own banners for the remote it tries showing posters which doesn't work. How do I fix this issue?

Good but still a little lacking

Visually the app looks great but it only has very basic functionality on PC. You can browse your content and it has the remote but I don't see the option to browse by file hierarchy. Because of this I can't view all songs by a particular artist at a glance. I can browse the artists in the library but I can only play everything by them, I can't navigate deeper from there which is very annoying. I'm assuming this is just due to the app being relatively new so I'll see what future updates bring.
